I didn't check the reviews for this place before I ordered. Lesson learned.
It's overpriced mediocre food at best. I bought chips and salsa, guacamole, 6 tacos and one soda and it was over $50.
If it had been good food, I wouldn't feel so disgusted with my purchase.
The guacamole was already dark green all the way through, the chips weren't crispy, the little salsa cups half full. The tacos were ok.
I was ignored for several minutes tho I was the only person in there. Then he only talked to me to say they weren't taking more orders today(like mid-afternoonish). But I had already paid and he found my order.
I had to go back in and ask for my drink cup and I was planning to get the watermelon lemonade or like that but the dispenser on all the options looked nasty dirty so I chose Coke Zero and was glad it didn't taste like mold. It was the best part of my purchase.
It was my first and last time at Chipotle.

This is the worst location around. I came for lunch right at opening, hoping that they had fresh food and there was absolutely nothing available. Came back in 30 minutes and there was no Rice, salsa, corn, or pico 🤔 basically no toppings at all. Last time I was here I ordered a Quesadilla online. It was the worst thing I have ever had in my entire life. It was so sloppy and the sauce spilled all over the place. I have no idea why I gave this place a second chance. Please don’t waste your time and just go to the Grand River location

honestly the food is good when i get what i order. i always place a mobile pick up order and constantly im let down. this is the second time where ive received a doordash order and its the opposite of the food i order, they give me the bland orders when i top my bowls with toppings. or one time i got a burrito bowl instead of the burrito i ordered and was very dissapointed. although they do correct it by giving rewards on the app sometimes, i wish they would do better at giving what i order. i mainly order around 8pm-10pm.

The restaurant was disgusting with food all over every table, on the floors, sodas on the floors. Out of just about everything and shorting the servings because of the lack of preparation by the kitchen to handle the dinner rush. The management of this location needs some serious help with how to run a restaurant.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE (or just go elsewhere). If I had ordered at the counter I would have had my food 30 minutes sooner. There were 3 other customers there with very late online orders as well. Plus they made several mistakes on what we wanted in the burritos, fortunately none of us are picky.

It seems like they're really understaffed, so I don’t want to be too harsh. However, the last two times I’ve gone, both my order and my friend’s have been noticeably wrong. The staff member handling the orders the last time we visited was clearly overwhelmed, and our bowl's were missing several ingredients we had specifically asked for. I also had to wait quite a while, and saw a few people receive their order before me, even though my friend and I placed our order at the same time. When I mentioned that, the manager (or another staff member) finally stepped in to help the person preparing the orders. It looked like she was in training and struggling, and it’s unfortunate that no one was assisting her earlier, which made everyone's wait even longer.

Let me tell you about Cody, he is the greatest employee there. He hooks it up whenever I’m there and he’s always in a good mood and gets me hype to run through a wall. SHOUT OUT CODY, keep the good music playing when I’m there.

I had a pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 6:20pm. Once I got there they told me it’s not ready and to come back in 10 minutes. My food wasn’t ready until 8pm.

There are some serious sanitation issues. The young lady had braids down her shoulders and as she was making the person in front me a bowl, the ends of her braids were falling in and out of the bowl she is preparing. I immediately exited and found another option. There's not enough care or concern being applied when preparing people's food. Health dept needs to make a stop by there soon.
