I had an interesting experience here... Placed an order online and went inside to pick it up. I did have to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order. There was a man there that was recording staff and screaming at them because he had been waiting for his food for 15 minutes. He said he would make sure they were all fired. They told him he needed to leave or they would call the police. I felt so bad for the employees because it was a lunch rush and they kept running out of everything. They apologized to me for the long wait on my order. Unfortunately when I opened my food it was missing a few things I had ordered. I will probably go back but order in person next time.

Got a pick up order, come and got it, waited 15 minutes for my bag that I saw was already sealed, check in my bag and was missing a chip, I sat there another 5 minutes waiting for them to notice that I was still there waiting for help. My food was cold by the time I got back home.

Food is good, but every time I come here nothing is ready, they are all still prepping 40-50 minutes after store is already open. Try hiring some people.

COLD food. I did a pickup order through the Chipotlane. Everything was great except the temperature of the food.
All tacos felt like they had come from a refrigerator.
It was odd, they were all wrapped in foil too, so there should have been a little warmth. I picked up as soon as it was ready and opened within minutes.

I would NOT order ahead again

Literally the worst food experience of my life. Food itself was good but I was there for an hour waiting for my food. So ridiculous. I didn’t get her name, but the tall blonde was so nice and kept checking in on us and our order. That was the only good thing about the place.

We ordered 3 burrito bowls online. They messed up every one. Two had a completely different meat and beans that we didn't ask for no queso. No pinto beans. We will never eat from them again.
