If I could I would give it a zero. Me and my friends bought an ice cream cake and a candle from them because it was my friend’s birthday. They didn’t have a lighter, so we went to wallgreens to get it. When we came back the guy didn’t let us to light up the candle, because apparently it was too dangerous to light up a small candle to sing happy birthday for 2 minutes. We ended up having to go out in the streets because we didn’t have where to go.

Horribly managed Cold Stone store. I usually get a CYO shake. Staff often lie and give you incorrect answers about how much toppings go into shake. Give bs answers like ‘regardless of size, you get the same amount of toppings’. So if you ask for Oreo as a topping, they would give you 1 single piece of Oreo even for a large shake. This store will up-charge you for each individual piece of Oreo you ask for. So if you want 3 Oreo pieces total you’ll pay $2.18 plus tax for the 2 ‘extra’ pieces. Spoke to corporate because I keep getting different answers from store staff. They said a large CYO shake should come with 3 pieces. So I’ve been incorrectly charged so many times. Shame.

So unpleasant. Ordered mango ice cream, I think it was the wrong flavor because it tasted like chemical-y banana to the point I couldn't finish it, it was also very melted. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the mistake until I was away from the store. I asked them to refund the ice cream and after a manager called me, she said she wouldn't refund because I somehow was not on the security tape? There were also 4 high school boys in the shop throwing things at each other. Would not recommend, gave 3 stars because technically it was similar to ice cream.

Literally got the greatest dessert I’ve ever had in my life all thanks to Ben and Benny and Benny came in clutch with the waffle bowl recommendation love this place will definitely be back

Been ripped off twice by this location for "extra mix-ins" I orderd the Witches brew drink It was supposed to have sprinkles and halloween oreo cookies. I asked for extra halloween cookie. There was not one sprinkle or cookie in this abomination just a cup of melted vanilla ice cream with enought black food dye to make it taste like hair spray.

Cold stone is dependable; however, Jin was not helpful. She made a mint ice cream, but skimped on the mix ins. After a few bites, I requested that she add a few more to the top, and she told me I would need to “pay extra”. Not to mention I brought a car full of 7 paying customers. We won’t be coming back if she’s the server.
