So unpleasant. Ordered mango ice cream, I think it was the wrong flavor because it tasted like chemical-y banana to the point I couldn't finish it, it was also very melted. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the mistake until I was away from the store. I asked them to refund the ice cream and after a manager called me, she said she wouldn't refund because I somehow was not on the security tape? There were also 4 high school boys in the shop throwing things at each other....

Literally got the greatest dessert I’ve ever had in my life all thanks to Ben and Benny and Benny came in clutch with the waffle bowl recommendation love this place will definitely be back

Always a good backup when MSU dairystore is not open. Food ice-cream and the location is ideal, located right in the middle of downtown East Lansing. Twh flavor options are good, I went for Cheesecake and Cotton candy mixed with fresh raspberries.
