Cottage Inn Pizza East Lansing

Good pizza but mediocre service. I came there when it wasn’t busy yet. They still overlooked my pick up order after paying with cash and I was sitting there for eight minutes before they recognized that my order was there so it got pretty much lukewarm when I got my hands on it… You should definitely get delivery instead.

When I called to check up on my order the person who took my call was extremely rude and didn’t even answer my question. I would recommend learning some customer service

I call and I asked can delivery today and he hung up on me. I called back again and I ask a question again. This is third times. The guy is very rude and talk to fast. I put my thumb down

This is the worst foods I’ve had from cottage inn pizza in East Lansing Michigan. I called and spoke to Jessica one of the managers and I asked for my money back and she said that she would have to ask her boss and get back to me and that was this morning on 7-24-24- I haven’t heard anything. I could have had two-3 full meals that would be worth the money. it looks like I have to call back and see if I’m going to get my money back.

pizza took over an hour and a half to be delivered. i called to check on my order since they have no tracking ability and the staff was so rude. we will not be ordering from this location again. stick to the west lansing location.

George. The team is alpha. George is the sigma. The service is impenetrable and the food unmatched. Then they close after midnight and let’s just say is East Lansing’s best pizza.

This is probably my favorite place to get pizza from in all of Lansing. They are always fast and freshly delivered directly to my apartment. I usually order fairly plain pizzas, like cheese and pepperoni and sometimes when I'm feeling special I'll add the occasional onions to my pizza. I prefer the deep-dish option, as I do prefer thicker pieces and they have never disappointed me in their deep-dish selections. Definitely a pizza place to visit if you're into quality pizza prepared at a reasonable time for a reasonable price.

Long time Customer will not be back. Ordered 14 pc. Wings. They averaged a skinny 2” in size. Had similar experience last order and let it go. This time called and spoke with female “manager”. As a Customer Experience professional I was shocked at the terrible response from this manager. Rude, insulting and said she would leave bad notes in my customer profile. Refused any credit or adjustment unless they came and took the wings. This employee will cost him more customers. Spend your hard armed money where customers are valued and appreciated.
