Very bad experience. Ordered online from their website as it was one of the only places open when I got home very late. An hour and a half later I finally called to ask where it was. I'm told that it's just sitting there done, but the employee present isn't able to drive so they can't get it to me. Then why was the site taking orders for delivery? Also even given that oversight, shouldn't have someone called and asked if I still wanted the order? I would have made myself dinner long ago. It's now 3:30 am and I've had nothing to eat. Never, never again.

Edit: Finally came 2 hours after the order was placed. It's stone cold and is also the completely wrong order. Ordered cheese and green peppers, got macaroni and cheese with ham. Oh yeah and I'm a vegetarian. Honestly I don't tend to be over the top with complaints and this is frickin' ridiculous.

Said that our food would be completed in 15 minutes and we have been waiting for an hour and a half. Employees were doing the best they could with one person not supposed to be in today and one being his first day. Worst experience I’ve ever had is an understatement

The first time i went to this establishment, someone got stabbed. The second time , they had literal glass in my calzone. 10/10 recommend if you want a story to tell your friends!

Bad customer service and no bathroom for customers, plus you have to shake a bottle to let people know that you're here.

This is disappointing. D.P. Dough has positioned itself as one of my favorite Lansing area restaurants. Unfortunately, my last order was a disaster that negates any good experience.1. raw dough. Enough said.2. I worked in food/beverage service for a decade. I’ve worked in high-end places, raunchy places, and everything in between. Not a single one of those restaurants ever had the audacity to consider freezing sauces. It doesn’t work. I thought it was only my sauce, a bleu cheese dressing, but my partner was just as disappointed with the jalapeno ranch. The upside, there was a sealed garlic butter that came with the roni rolls. But wait…3. The roni rolls we received in the order belonged in the trash. Yup, you fired bread. Maybe you forgot to spread the cheese out. I finally found cheese/pepperoni on one. I could not get bread and cheese in the same bite.4. The extra charge to “hook it up!”? You better hope they care that day.I’ve been here on busy weekend nights before, and they’ve never done this so poorly.. only slowly.

Vegetarian options: It’s like pizza.

I have been here multiple times and have always had positive experiences. However, this time my calzone was extremely small and barely filled. I got a buffer zone and there was nothing but chicken in them. I always look forward to getting this calzone and when it came with barely anything in it I was extremely disappointed.

This is the worst food I think I have had at least in a very long time. It taste exactly like cafeteria food, even the pizza sauce weirdly enough. Pepperoni one was edible but the pulled pork we had to toss, not pulled pork at all, it’s like these gray mushy cubes. It also arrived cold lmao but whatever. They did somehow give the exact amount of sauce it takes to finish one of the calzones which is admirable. Please don’t go here, cost us $20 just to split what is essentially a pepperoni bosco stick.
