Detroit sold and is now called Saddleback Pizza. Flavor is ok, price is high and service while nice is sad. 45 minutes to wait for a pizza - ok no problem but to arrive at the store and find 8 employees standing around and be the only person waiting for a pie? Come on get it together. And no not worth the wait.

We called and placed an order and he said no worries then when I went to pick it up they said they sold out. Absolutely garbage of service. Nothing to do with pizza will never try this place or recommend to anyone.

Absolutely delicious pizza every choice you can imagine. If you haven't tried Detroit Frankie's The Westsider Lansing you are truly missing out . You could order pizza from Detroit Frankie and Edythe at West side 10 can which is another fun place to visit enjoy your holiday .

Amazing pizza!! Passing through on my way home to Maine and a friend who lives in the area insisted we try Detroit Frankie’s. I’m so glad we did!! The pizza was amazing! We tried a few different options and they were all great! And better yet was the hospitality shown by Frank and his crew! If I’m ever back in the area, I will most definitely be back!

Pizza is incredible! I'm from the East Coast and I'm Italian so I know my pizza. This place definately stacks up! My daughter and I love the Date Night pizza..so fun! But honestly, it's all in the crust so no matter which one you choose, you'll be delighted. I've even ordered just plain cheese and been thrilled My only complaint..and it's a big one..is no one ever answers the phone! It's definitely hit or miss and when you're in the mood for Frankies..what a let down And the wait when you do get someone to answer is very long..they need more help or more ovens. Other than that, it's a New York pizza experience

This is some of the best pizza we have ever had! The crust was crispy yet soft perfection. We tried the dill picke pizza which was amazing and the chicken and waffles pizza which was perfect flavor while not being excessively piled with ingredients. They gave some of the best customer service, they opened the door for customers, ran out to vehicles for curbside pickup, provided food recommendations, and ensured we enjoyed the food. I hope they expand to some additional locations closer to where we live!
I eat here pretty much every time I come back to Lansing haha! It's the best pizza in town and the customer service is unbeatable. The staff are so kind every time I order and pick up my pizza. Detroit Frankie's is my standard for amazing customer service!!!

We recently moved to the west-side and found Detroit Frankie's by chance. We're fans of brick oven pizza with a little burn to the crust and a thin but not cracker crust, and that's what Frankie's gives you. We have ordered multiple times over the past few months and have only been disappointed when we called and they were closed. Their carry-out experience is great; the pizza will be done when they tell you it will be.
