We drove about an hour round trip....and it was so worth it. My daughter said it was the best boba tea she's ever had and immediately asked if we could go back the next day! 😊❤
Kind people and the remodeling progress looks like it will be awesome space when completed! Great boba drinks. Their specialty is super good.
This is the best boba in town! I have tried quite a few of them.
Took my money but business closed. Drove across town to try this place says it open online, sign on door says open daily 12pm-9pm why are you closed at 6:20?
Completely misleading
The ginger hot tea is amazing, and is definitely my go to place for good quality tea in the area.
Me and my partner Definitely will be repeat customers. Great flavors and good service. Definitely a place i will easily recommend to others so far.
Yummy boba tea! Loads of options
Awesome bubble tea! I got a milk tea and it was delicious!
This is by far the best boba I've ever had... Ever.
If I lived closer I'm sure I'd be spending my ask my extra cash there. The taro milk tea with the crystal boba and brown sugar milk tea with golden boba.

The teas here are awesome, but usually have to take my business to Starbucks down the road because they don't open early enough.
I’ve visited here on many occasions, the drinks are awesome. However after today I will not be returning… me and my husband came on a date here a few days ago. I ordered my drink in detail. The girl up front took my order, and after receiving our drinks I realized it was wrong, and was missing the syrup. (This drink was only three ingredients) So I had my husband take it back to the counter. The girl at the counter argued with him on how I misspoke and he will have to buy another. He’s so lovely that he bought me another but we will not be returning.

This place is loud if you just want to hang around and catch up. Not that kind of location. Just grab your bubble drink and go.

I wish I could leave a positive review Ding Tea and Trowbridge in general, especially since I have deep-rooted ties to this particular location. I fondly remember visiting Goodrich's Shop Rite with my grandparents weekly and regularly shop at Fresh Thyme myself. I love Blueowl and Ding Tea is one of the best shops in the area, unfortunately, due to multiple recent experiences, I can no longer support these businesses. For Ding Tea specifically; While drinking Tea at this shop someone scratched up my car in the parking spot and left. None of the staff could tell me who to contact to see if there are any security cameras in the parking lot that may have captured the incident. Their tea is excellent, they are great at recommending selections if you are inexperienced, and the place is wonderfully decorated. However every time I have gone in there it smells strongly of chlorine. For other businesses: I was planning on going grocery shopping at Fresh Thyme after going to an hour long class, it was a Tuesday afternoon so there were plenty of parking spots, and an hour is not an excessive amount of time to leave your car parked. When I get back my car was towed. While I appreciate that some Fresh Thyme employees were helpful, the manager I spoke with was dismissive. He refused to tell me who might have towed my car and seemed annoyed that I wasn’t aware of the towing company this particular lot uses. His lack of assistance only added to my frustration.( I do not know if he called specifically or if it was the owner of the lot the manager said he was not at liberty of saying, but either way he was rude and unhelpful) This manager also was not wearing a name tag. I had to pay $326 (not including cab fare) just to retrieve my vehicle. This experience feels particularly targeted, as I have parked here multiple times and gone to class before going shopping without incident, often in a newer model car. It seems like students, who primarily support many of these businesses, are being unfairly penalized. Save your time, car value and money and support other businesses in East Lansing who actually prioritize their customers' experiences and values your time. I would not have written these reviews if these experiences did not happen within a couple months of each other, but these types of issues seem to be prevalent to businesses located in this particular lot.
Went to get boba and have to wait more than 30 mins for two bubble tea. Not coming back again
