Ordered wings ahead, across town so that I could pick up at the window on my way home. Ended up sitting in the line for 20+ minutes (couldn’t bail and go inside as there was someone behind me) and there was no acknowledgment of the issue when I got to the window - clearly there had been one. At least apologize for waiting or thank you for patience? Ugh.

the garlic parmesan knots are literally straight fire. lowkey they did a sloppy job with cutting the pizza, cause it kept getting ruined and stuck together in the middle but other than that it was fine

Brand new joint, was excited to pick up the first time… employee(curly hair, Caucasian) tried gaslighting me into going to a different store, even though I listed off all the details of my order and it was the only one that was ready to serve!!!
