ordered on grub hub. received my large latte that contained more air than a bag of chips. i know steaming milk causes foam. i know the liquid is not going to be up to the rim. although, 5 oz of liquid?? in a LARGE?? this isn’t the first time they’ve skimped, it sure is the worst though. i will not be going back. if i wanted to pay for air, id go on a cross country vacation, not East Lansing.

I want to take a moment to recognize [ “K“an amazing employee”] at this Dunkin. Their customer service was outstanding—she was friendly, quick, and made sure my order was perfect. Even during a busy rush, she kept a smile on their face and made the experience enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across such dedicated and kind employees. Website says this place closed at 8, all of the lights were on, the door was unlocked. I walk in at 7:45 to buy one donut as I see there are many still in the display case, and the worker tells me they are closed. Lock your door and change the website or don’t lie to your customers.

Doughnuts are dry as can be! I’ve purchased for my kids, for coworkers and as a snack for staff at daycare.. everytime ROCK hard dry doughnuts… keep driving don’t waste your time

The manager needs to hire more employees. There was only two workers and about 8 customers in this cramped lobby. The phone was ringing the whole time (nobody answered) and both workers preparing orders while the customers were waiting to place their order.
The owner must be broke or something. Or cheap

I love Dunkin', but this was the worst one I've ever been to. Waited half an hour for stuffed bagel minis that were still completely frozen.

Horrible service! Ordered a large Cold brew, menu says “with sweet cream foam”, basically the whole point of getting a Cold Brew, get to the window and was handed a large iced coffee, I asked “where’s the sweet cream foam?” Was told “oh you have to order that extra and there’s an additional charge”. Never will go there again! I’ll stick with Bigby and Starbucks.

have always gotten chais from dunkin, they are made different everytime (that’s what dunkin’s known for tho) but i got one today and it tastes expired. i’m not sure if the milk or syrup is bad but it’s undrinkable and disgusting. this specific dunkin sucks don’t go to

It was a cold day when I went into this particular Dunkin', I just wanted a hot chocolate to warm up with. The place was nice and clean. And the food was very fresh, and delicious. The employees were very courteous, and good at what they do. I recommend them to anyone looking for anything Dunkin' Donuts serves.
Parking: There is curbside parking, and a parking garage within a short walking distance.
Kid-friendliness: Kids, or most children, like their sweets. So, while this particular Dunkin' Donuts is small, and not ideal for a bunch of hyper children. But, if you're just stopping in for something quick to eat, any kid(s) should be alright.
Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance door is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair, and the bathrooms are also wheelchair accessible.
