The coffee is great, with no burned aftertaste. Iced lattes were perfect during the recent heat wave, and I expect the hot coffees are the perfect antidote to Michigan winters. Their tea is also wonderful. Many UM students bring their laptops and get a lot of studying done. They have a frequent buyer reward tag which is nice. They also encourage paying with cash, to keep the money in the community, although they will take credit cards. Their note made me think and I did use cash, as I thought it was a reasonable request.

They have good coffee and a nice, relaxed atmosphere. It's a very comfortable place and it's quiet enough to concentrate on reading, work or homework. The prices are comparable to the big name coffee shops as well.
Sitting is crowded and uncomfortable. Coffee was awful. Service wasn't very good. It was clean, however. Also had a decent amount of outdoor seating. A very generic coffee shop with poorly brewed coffee.

If you love great coffee and really great treats to eat. This is the place. All the in house food's are made fresh daily. Wonderful people are on staff to make sure you have a fantastic experience every time you come in . Coffee house wifi . It's calm quiet and peaceful. Check it out.

I give 3 out of 5 simply because of the price. 2 iced coffees should never cost 10 bucks. Even Starbucks would have been cheaper. For the record this coffee wasn't anywhere close to strong as Starbucks. Step up your game. Hipster warning!
