Came there yesterday and ordered 5 burgers to feed my family and 2 of them were wrong. Don’t even think they were ours. We think we got someone else burgers bc they weren’t even close to what we ordered I called to see if I can get my money back or if they can remake them and manager told me there was nothing he could do without a receipt, when I was not handed one. How is that my fault that ur employee didn’t give me a receipt? Thats crazy. Very disappointed.

My son and I decided to have our monthly “mother/son lunch.”The hamburger was cooked to order and tasted wonderful. When you order fries at “Five Guys” they make sure you always have bag fries!Coke machine with more than a hundred different selections.Service was exceptional, and remember there is parking available north of E. Grand River Ave. just south of the alley.Parking: About 4 - 5 parking spots available north of E. Grand River Ave. just south of the alley.

Go here frequently. Burgers are fantastic! I like watching them cook and assemble my burger. Parking SUCKS! ALL of E. Lansing is horrendous! I am not a student. Live in Holt, but stop there any time I'm close. Always nice people.Parking: It's East Lansing, on the edge of MSU campus. Hate the parking!!!!!!!! Great if you're a student that can walk anywhere.

Walked into a somewhat empty restaurant, but somehow didn't get my order taken until 10 mins after walk in. Once my wife and I placed our order, we waited for the necessary time, got our number called, and went to enjoy our food. We immediately realized that both burgers were wrong, so we went back to the counter, explained the issue, and immediately was treated as if we had made the burger wrong. After a 5 minute conversation about why it wasn't what we ordered, we had to wait for someone else to speak with us. Once that person spoke with us, he decided to remake the order. We waited 15 mins before our order was even made, only this time once it was finally made, we went to sit down only to find that my burger was once again made wrong. ??Not happy with the service or amount of time it took out if my day.
