Service was fine, I ordered the strawberry milk tea it was not great. I would go to koala cafe instead. Everything tasted low quality.

Taro milk tea with boba was good, but their prices are a bit higher than other places around.

Really needs to open at 11am. Waiting in parking lot watching customers leave because they're not open yet.

Absolutely love this location, The staff is Amazing. I visit QUITE often and they are always so nice when I come thru. If you haven't yet.. Try the Creme Brulee Brown Sugar Milk tea, Or the Strawberry Milk tea, Both Amazing!

My bf and I loved the boba here. One of the best places. The barista was very kind and my bf said “best boba ever” so it definitely a 5 ⭐️

I am happy to see Gong Cha finally make its way to East Lansing! The atmosphere is great, and their wifi speeds are fantastic. The boba is very on par with the rest of the places around town, but their seating area is perfect for studying or a cute afternoon date.

Overly sweet boba drinks that’s way overpriced in my opinion. Even at 50% sweetness, most of the drinks are still really sweet, I can’t imagine what 100% taste like. Their boba is always hard, which screams overnight boba! And they charge you $7 for a medium sized taro milk drink that DOESNT COME WITH BOBA.

Good drink. However unfortunately no decaf options. Update: appreciate the quick response from owner! When we asked about decaf options those mentioned were not communicated to us. Thank you for the clarification!

The variety of drinks is limited and If you had tried some other boba places you would not be back. The service is wonderful!!

Fantastic place! They have so many good looking teas and the ones I’ve had are marvelous! The mix-in options are numerous with staples, like tapioca boba, jellies, and popping Boba; but they also have other options I hadn’t even heard of like pudding, and Ai-yu and herbal jelly. The staff was very friendly and let me sample a couple of things I had never heard of. I will be coming back to try all of their different teas because they all look so yummy.

I had Gongcha while on a trip in Asia recently and was so excited to see that they have stores around me too!!! Although the menu is different in the US, they still have a pretty good selection and the drinks I've gotten have been good! The only thing I dislike is that sometimes the consistency of the boba is different depending on the day you go. I've gone sometimes and the pearls are too gooey/sticking together in an unappetizing way and other times the pearls themselves have that signature stickiness/chew but they still stay separate from one another (like I think they're supposed to?).

Overly sweet even with ice adjustment! Boba is on the hard side and lack of tea flavor!
