The atmosphere is great for studying and the baristas are absolutely fantastic. I want to like this place, but my drink always seems to have some sort of problem, which should not be the case since my drink was nearly $9. The boba is often too hard, drinks are overly sweet, drink options are limited, and the drink consistency is too thick and smoothie-like. Might be good for some people, but I'd rather go to a place like Möge Tea.
Dietary restrictions: The kiosks clearly explain what is inside the drink and what other options are available.
Parking: Small paid parking lot with approximately 15 spaces. Tends to be mostly full, with a few spots avaliable.
Wheelchair accessibility: Lacks an automatic opening door and the bathroom door is quite heavy, but should be accessible otherwise.

Slow. 4 Kiosks to order from, no people? Need a key to use bathroom? Not even going into the question of passing a bathroom key back and forth at the food counter, cause I know everyone washes their hands super good every time....
Watching the staff chat, while waiting. Such a great spot! At this point I won't be back even if the drinks are amazing. 15 minutes for 2 drinks. At this point order numbers 2 later than mine got their drinks. And they forgot one of our drinks. This place is ridiculous. Don't stop here unless you have a half hour to drop sitting in uncomfortable chairs, listening to possibly music, not sure. At this point just keeping writing while I wait. I wonder how long it actually takes to make a drink. Side note, first drink sucks. Matcha chunk tea, Yum! And finally get the other drink and leaving. Best part of this experience, THE LEAVING. 20 minutes and 15 dollars for 2 sad drinks.

The young lady working store was so nice. She gave me a half dozen samples of various toppings and explained to me a lot about what they do.

Tried Creme Brulee Strawberry latte and felt that it's more like a dessert than bubble tea
Less selection than Ding Tea on Trowbridge.
Great drinks and fabulous service! Very pleased!

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. I have been here multiple times and each time has been great. The teas are tasty and refreshing.
Loved the brown sugar milk tea, only down side was the boba pearls were hard. Friendly staff, this place just opened up recently and it’s worth the try:)
