Hungry Howie's Pizza

Pizza was great just wasn’t cut as shown in the picture. Pizza was also not ready on time so I’m assuming they rushed and barely cut it. Kinda shitty.

Best flavored crusts goes to Hungry Howie’s!!! Placed an order online, picked up in person with no issues. Food was hot and buttery! After a long hot day by the pool, this really hits the spot.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
This location was extremely unprofessional. They were short on drivers and chose to rely on DoorDash, allowing our food to sit under a heat lamp for over 20 minutes—after we had already waited more than an hour. We had to call just to find out what was happening.

When we arrived to pick up the pizza ourselves (with over 30 kids waiting at a party after a day at the water park), we asked for a discount due to the delay. Instead, the staff refused and chose to throw our food in the trash and refund us.

The manager and staff were rude and completely dismissive. This was by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a food establishment.

The final straw of not eating here any more was having long dark hairs baked under the cheese and into my crust. The pizzas are never cut all way or have way too much sauce. The tracker is pointless because two minutes after you place the order it says that it’s ready and then you end up waiting in the store anyway. This place used to be our favorite and now we are not returning.

UPDATE: Hungry Howie's of East Lansing is absolute GARBAGE!!
You made it quite obvious that you do NOT care about the quality of your food. And you most certainly do NOT care about your customers.
For over a month I have been reaching out to you and everytime you say, oh someone will be in contact with you within the next 48 hours.
No wonder why people refuse to go back after ordering once. You sell overcooked/burnt pizza and are literally just stealing people's money for the garbage you produce. It's amazing this store is even still operational.

The Cheese Sticks were AMAZING.
The Pizza however was practically inedible.
Pizza was so overcooked. The crust was hard and crunchy. Ended up scraping the toppings off and eating just the toppings because the crust was soooo hard. Couldn't enjoy the meal I spent good money on.

They sent a door dasher to my apartment complex. They didn’t buzz or anything and left the pizza in the cold on the ground. It’s crazy how people think the first door they see is the entrance. The first door that doesn’t have a buzzer must be the entrance. People are stupid. Didn’t see the pizza on the ground till a half hour After they said they delivered it. Thank you hungry Howies for sending people that don’t know how to deliver pizzas really appreciate it. Best pizza place in the world. 5.99 delivery charge in which they don’t even deliver.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a pizza at 5. Given a 45 minute delivery time. After an hour and 10 minutes called establishment and was told it would be there "really soon". 20 minutes later still wasn't here. Called to cancel after an hour and a half and then the driver showed up after I canceled. Don't order from here if you want food in any kind of timely manner. Would also like to point out, I live less than 10 minutes from the location. Really no excuse.

Ordered pizza for delivery. Never received pizza. Was told would be 45 min. An hour and a half later no pizza. We then cancelled order. This is the second time this has happened. The first time they said they forgot about our order. Time to go someplace else.

This location does great! I went in on Saturday Sept 21st (hoping manager can praise the three hard workers tonight!)

Our order was confusing and specific but they nailed it, the pizza was hot, ready in 15min on a super busy Friday, and friendly service! Thank you!

This is my favorite location to order from. Sorry to the rest. Our food is always perfect and not undercooked. They have never messed up an order and are always nice.

2nd time this week ive ate here smh. I came for the deals but kept coming back because the staff was really friendly and you can tell they care. Crazy to say cause it's just a random hungry howies but the staff makes it a hidden gem ?
