Just wanted it to be better! It was not awful, however at $20 a combo, you just expect a bit more. Watery Mac and Cheese that tastes a bit more like a microwave Mac and Cheese. Prefer a baked creamy Mac. Again not awful, but wouldn’t go back.

My co workers and I all got different grilled cheeses! Every one of loved it and said it was one of the best we’d ever had. Both co workers were vegetarian and vegan and they said the cheese and vegan-cheese were phenomenal and I agree! I got the Bacon love tomato!

Try actually following your own hours of operation! No idea when they actually closed today but I was there 3 hours before they were supposed to close and they were already locked up!

Got lunch here today and the Mac and Cheese is awful! Literally Kraft tastes better than what I got. I ordered the regular Mac and cheese, which apparently they are known for and it was bland, dry, and had no flavor at all! I swear I don’t even think they used salt! It was like eating wet noodles with color. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. It’s my cheat day and I sacrificed all those calories for garbage! Now their Mac and cheese bites were good. Nothing special but at least they tasted okay.

Drove 35 minutes to try this place and I was already nervous based off some of the reviews but I figured hey I love Mac so I’m sure I’ll like it… WRONG first off it cost me 20$ for just me to get a meal and cookies. The Mac is so bland and dry it’s sad. The Mac bites are bland and some were kinda burnt but also they put the hot cheese in a plastic cup and it melted (I don’t want to eat plastic) it was very disappointing.. I’ll drive 3 hours to a place where I found the best mac nobody can beat it!

Food was great, I arrived early for pickup and they quickly finished it and it was absolutely delicious.

There were two people running the place, both very friendly.

There was a couple of people ahead of us that ordered and sat down. We took a minute to look over the menu since it was our first time there. I noticed the person taking our order was wearing dirty gloves using a handheld device to ring it up. Then, without changing gloves, grabbed a handful of noodles.
I asked for a glove change and they apologized and dumped the noodles back into the container.
This is a huge cross contamination issue, especially if you're advertising gluten free options like they are. Not to mention completely unsanitary.
I noticed the other server was picking up pens and stuff without changing gloves as well.

There were spoons in some things, like corn, but meat was all picked up with gloved hands.

The kids grilled cheese should have used a different type of cheese or more than one slice, as the cheese was hard and not melty.
The tomato soup for dipping was very plain, like it was made with water.

The mac and cheese was okay, and the tater tots weren't bad. But overall not a place we'd go back to due to the upfront sanitation issues, unfortunately.

Their mac-n-cheese is awesome, with so many options. They also have flatbread pizza, grilled cheese and soup. Virgil was so friendly and greeted us upon entry. They had many suggestions on what was good to try, since it was my first visit. Highly recommend 👌

Very average food and very overpriced

I really wanted to enjoy I ❤️ Mac & Cheese, especially since the interior and ambiance were actually quite nice—the shiny red brick design stood out and gave the place a fun vibe. Unfortunately, the food just didn’t deliver.

We spent $65 to feed our family and left genuinely disappointed. The mac & cheese was underseasoned, the tater tots were undercooked and lacked flavor, and the portion sizes—especially the chicken—were noticeably small. With food that felt rushed and lacked attention to detail, the pricing felt steep for what we received.

It’s tough to justify coming back unless the quality improves significantly. The concept is cool, but the execution needs serious work.
