Gross restaurant, all tables were dirty, my cup had floaters in it, server hardly checked on us. Before even leaving the restaurant my stomach was in shambles. Would not recommend eating here to anyone.

Food was cold when brought out and under cooked, waiter was very disrespectful. I do not recommend bringing your spounce or family here due to the unprofessional staff, and poor food. WAS NOT WORTH THE 50 BUCKS I PAYED!!

If I could leave a zero I would. They were busy, but they made sure to fill the seats and it clearly overwhelmed the kitchen. We had a party of 5 and took 30 minutes to get a seat, while family of 4 took 5 minutes. When we got seated it took 20 minutes to get a drink, then we watched as everyone seated after us got food and drinks refills. We stared at our empty cups about 30 minutes before getting a refill after flagging down the waitress. We then watched even more new tables get food. After 75 minutes we got up and left. Not a manager in sight. Our server was clearly newer and zero support for her from other staff. Claimed our food was being taken by other tables. I tried so hard to be patient and give them time. Never in my 40 years have I felt the need to get up and leave like I did today.

I am hesitant to leave such a poor review as I am a frequent IHOP diner and I always have a wonderful experience. However, my experience today was highly unsatisfactory. Jaden, our waitress, had three tables total and took our drink order after not visiting our table for 10 minutes. She then came back to take our food order before getting our drinks. Then, she came back to take our drink order for a third time after the table next to us (who arrived after us) got their drinks because she forgot after taking the order three different times. Thankfully, the food was phenomenal, but it would’ve been better with adequate service and a drink refill. To top off our experience, my friend got charged $30 for a $12 bill. Definitely not the best time at IHOP. :(

I had a rough doctor's appointment and my mom took me out to ihop. Cho the server is wonderful and you don't really have to ask for anything.She already knows, napkins and all. Super nice in ,definitely worth asking for when you come in.
Ihop your bacon game needs work Flimsy bacon for the price $5 for whimpy bacon? Which makes this taste extra greasy, instead of more like bacon. It's a breakfast minded You should have the best bacon, just saying I have family members that will pick restaurants based on their bacon lol I'm sure I'm not the only one. The Tres Leches pancakes are my favorite and Super super delicious! The sauces on those I'd buy at the store. I do wish you had like mini breakfast combos at price points. Like 2 theme pancakes, 2 pieces of choice meat, coffee at $. I do wanna say is why do you have old kramer on your menu and you do not carry it?? The the server explained that you guys do not move it fast enough. I understand that but We probably don't know you have it. Most people don't even look at the beverage section, they'll ask the server I was one for a long time. That being said , you should advertise that you have old creamer way more than the fine print s of the beverage section. I feel like this a missed opportunity. Restaurants are way behind. The US food allergies are on the rise. Lactose intolerance, dairy allergies And most corporate breakfast don't carry dairy free options like oat creamer. So advertised your oat creamer as a hook. Everybody. Knows you guys have pancakes and they're great. I don't think any of us knew that you had oat creamer. This may seem like a dumb thing to mention but 81% of people order coffee with breakfast If you can't have your Creamer with your coffee, Are you gonna order it? Probably not If you go out to breakfast and you know a restaurant carries dairy free creamer, Will you go there instead of somewhere that doesn't? I'm just saying missed opportunity and get your oat creamer back

Edit: Not food poisoning. It's most likely norovirus! After being bedridden for half a week, my boyfriend has caught the illness too. BEWARE. Don't eat here until they figure out how to wash their hands between handling raw eggs and touching fresh fruit!

We love this place and we went this morning and the waitress we had acted like she had no idea what she was doing. She sat us and took our drink order no silverware and no menus. She comes back and says what can I get you to eat well it would help if we had menus. Oh I am sorry comes back with menu and takes our order food comes still no silverware and no napkins. WTH??? Then I overheard her tell another customer a 7 dollar tip is better than two dollars. I am done
