Say I’m glazing but insomnia as a whole can get a big fat kiss. The cookies are fantastic , your service and the atmosphere is usually good.

First time customer. Bought an assorted dozen. Wanted some apple cider cookies but couldn't find any so did a search for cookies near me. These cookies are warm, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. I ordered 4 different flavors. They're perfect thank you!

Arrived at 9:30pm for a late night treat, hours were posted on their instagram that they closed at 1am so we walked over. when we walked in a lady very rudely told us that if we weren’t picking up an order then we had to leave with no other explanation that that. disappointed because the cookies are so good and would’ve hit the spot as a late night sweet treat, but was disappointed to be treated poorly

The food was fantastic as always. I make a point of stopping every time I'm in town. Staff usually very friendly but last trip the server just grunted instead of speaking.

Very disappointed this time. A cookie place specifically for late night delivery and after waiting for hours they dropped off the cookies ans icecream in the empty lobby if my hotel with no one there despite having clear instructions on the room number. A call or text to tell me where my order was left would have been nice. This is no different than an apartment. Have not ever had this delivery issue before. Had to get dressed and go find my order with customer support on the phone offering redelivery in 30 DAYS. The response was "not our fault although I ordered through THEIR website directly. Will never do that again. Use doordash where they actually care if you get your order or refund you if u dint. Their cookies are good but their execution of a late night cookie delivery service is faltering...

The kids that work there are so rude I was standing and watching them deal with everyone and they were not at all nice passive aggressive it was a girl and a boy on 7/25/24 had to go in and wait for my curbside pick up which wasn’t a big deal I seen they was busy and thought it may make it easier but nope they still treated me like I was a auntie that beat them or something god awful feeling I had being there love the food but I’ll never go back

I have never in my life seen a scoop of ice cream so tiny. I was informed by the supervisor that the weight in scoops is.025 ounces. So for 11.25 you get a brownie with two heaping teaspoons of ice cream. The spoon in the picture is a teaspoon. Don't waste your money here.

DoorDash driver had stolen partial of my food and when I called the manager redelivered the entire order. Very helpful and good food!

Been here two separate times and both times have been terrible. First time, the workers are rude and were ignoring me while having a 10 minute converstation before helping us. The second time, the worker said they had to put away stock and it was going to be a 30 minute wait. We came back after 30 minutes and the stock wasn't put away or touched. We tried making a 12 cookie order and they said no they can only do 6. I was super disapointed in how we were treated. I will not be returing to this location. Workers need to learn common customer service and priority.

The cookies were over cooked and the employees were extremely rude. I’m pretty sure I dealt with the manager (based off how she was acting) and she called me the b word and tried to follow me to my car. You need to hire new people here asap. This staff clearly doesn’t care about the company or customer service and based off the other recent reviews it seems like the company doesn’t care to solve this issue. I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this location. Do better insomnia, I’ll be ordering from crumbl cookies from now on, cookies are better there and so is the customer service. These people need to be fired and learn a lesson…they are tanking your company

I love the fact that they have vegan cookies and oat milk. As someone who can't have dairy, and am often excluded from most places- I appreciate the inclusivity from Insomnia.

Me and my friends went to insomnia cookie for the first time today, and as we went to order the cashier was very short, and saw we were getting a bit confused. And was very short and visibly looked upset and didn’t even explain, I feel like there could be more compassion or a bit of patience because not everyone knows everything right off the bat. The cookies were okay, one of the caramel one was super undercooked it felt like batter. The peanut butter was okay. But will not be returning if customers are treated like this.
