Insomnia Cookies

Driving ran out of gas an texted me he couldn't make it , never got a refund . Called and talked to a supervisor that said she processed my refund but never did. So basically got ripped off $25 . Don't do delivery from this place .

The cookies were delectable as always. However the portion size was terrible I ordered the ice cream on a deluxe cookie. It is supposed to come with TWO scoops of ice cream. I had two flavors but they only gave me a HALF scoop of each in one small container. I’ve never had this problem at the Ann Arbor or Ypsilanti location. It’s like they didn’t wanna put forth the effort to scoop me a full serving.

DIRT!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The cookies were good but didn't have any premium only classic! I've been to several locations and this is the only 4 star review. UPDATE! Tried this location again and it was an entirely different experience. The cookies were all amazing and service was excellent. Highly recommend 💚💯💯

Delivery was fast and out of the 6 cookies I ordered 2 where really warm and delicious but the rest where hard and definitely where on the older side. Ordered around 8:40 got here at 9:26 so pretty good timing.

We had a cookie and brownie. They were delicious and it is post 11 pm, when the streets are quiet and had a nice walk around as well.

The establishment itself is fine, my boyfriend and I just had a very bad experience about 5 minutes ago.
I don’t know the persons name but they had blue, shoulder-length hair with very grown out blonde roots. Our total was 13.34 and I watched my boyfriend count OUT LOUD his singles adding up to 10 and then added a 5. We should have gotten 1.64 back but the person at the register forgot our dollar. When I mentioned my boyfriend gave them 15 and are still owed a dollar, they paused, glared at us and rudely argued “he gave me 14”. Taken aback we just cut our losses and left. We didn’t think it was worth getting so worked up over. But after leaving we were pissed that someone could harbor such a nasty attitude towards someone they never met over a dollar

Haven't had these in forever but this place has certainly gone downhill. The cookies used to actually be worth the price. Now, you have to get the specialty ones for it to be worth it and it's still not. $25 for 9 cookies that look like this? Nahhhh bring back the pre COVID bakes!!! Boo!

It always smells fantastic in there as soon as you walk in, the staff is so friendly, always smiling. The flavors of ice cream are creative and the cookie selection is 2nd to none in town. A must visit if you've never been.

Just yum! Cookies are always fresh and hot, packaged carefully and perfectly. What I love most is that they feel and taste like home baked cookies from Grandmas kitchen :) The staff is always so super nice! Thank you!!!
