The last three times I have ordered from this location they have been delivery and they have been wrong. I am honestly not sure how one misses one of two ingredients on a sandwich. While I understand you can offer me a free sandwich on my next trip, never has that actually been honored. This time I came in to have my order remade. I did not have an attitude, I was not rude or mean by any means. Just asked for my food to be remade the way ordered. The manager was nothing but polite on the phone. However, while my order was being remade they were actively talking down about me, my order and my coming in to have my order remade. . . While I was standing in the lobby. The sheer amount of disrespect on top of my order being incorrect for the third time is ridiculous. I will not be ordering from this location again.

My dad and I walked in earlier today and I think it’s the best sandwich I’ve ever had from Jimmy John’s. I’m a loyal customer— but today’s was remarkable, and the staff were so friendly. Thanks for making my day :)

Don’t go to this place if you’re hungry or in a rush. Was very hungry and they showed no urgency to satisfy their customers. Had to stand in a crowded space as I was anxiously waiting for my food, unsure as if they were even making it. I had to very reluctantly enjoy my sandwich because of the awful service. The food is good although my sandwich was burnt, but the uninviting waiting space made my sandwich taste a little worse. I expect better service the next time I choose jimmy John’s.

Don’t get ANYTHING delivered or order any large orders for pick up because they will mess them up, they will forget items, if you are not checking them. When you call they say you are down for a replacement. When I call back I’m only down for a bag of chips….. kinda crazy for a 15$ meal and I can’t even get it all at once. Ive been to this lo 3 times and literally all times, my orders are messed up…

While attending my daughter's engineering showcase at MSU, this is the gluten-free meal I received. What a joke! - tomato, avocado, and onion wrapped in old, inedible, wet iceberg lettuce. Really?! Have they never heard of gluten-free buns and wraps. It was absolutely disgusting, and although a complete dog's breakfast I would never feed anything of this revolting quality to my dogs. Beyond disappointed, absolutely insulting. Highly NOT recommended!
If you're looking for a quick, fresh sandwich with great service, Jimmy John's delivers literally and figuratively. The staff here is fantastic friendly, efficient, and always on top of things. There’s limited indoor standing space, but there are a few outdoor seats if you’re looking to dine al fresco.
Be aware: there are no public bathrooms and parking is metered, so plan ahead. Your best bet is to download the app, order online, and either pick up quickly or opt for delivery they're fast and reliable.

3450Okemos Rd. I am very impressed with the sandwich I received yesterday. I want to thank the maker of my unwich. It was excellent. Very well wrapped and made exactly the way I ordered it. The gal who took my order thru the drive thru Alyssia was very friendly and patient and helpful in taking my order as Ì was confused as to how to use my rewards and how to order the sandwich Best for me. My last visit at this location was also very satisfying, best one in lansing area. The only thing is a suggestion, I love your pickles and usually order one quartered. Would like to see Jimmy Johns to wrap them in something that does not leak as every thing gets very wet. The napkins are unusable,sack is soaked and wrap on sandwich is wet,etc.

I've been coming to this location since the spring of 1990—decades of loyalty, countless memories. But today, February 18, 2025, marks my FINAL visit. The General Manager? Absolutely disgraceful. This person has no business working with the public. They wasted my time, my money, and worst of all—showed zero respect. I have NEVER been treated with such blatant disregard. Unforgivable.
