3450Okemos Rd. I am very impressed with the sandwich I received yesterday. I want to thank the maker of my unwich. It was excellent. Very well wrapped and made exactly the way I ordered it. The gal who took my order thru the drive thru Alyssia was very friendly and patient and helpful in taking my order as Ì was confused as to how to use my rewards and how to order the sandwich Best for me. My last visit at this location was also very satisfying, best one in lansing area. The only thing is a suggestion, I love your pickles and usually order one quartered. Would like to see Jimmy Johns to wrap them in something that does not leak as every thing gets very wet. The napkins are unusable,sack is soaked and wrap on sandwich is wet,etc.

I've been coming to this location since the spring of 1990—decades of loyalty, countless memories. But today, February 18, 2025, marks my FINAL visit. The General Manager? Absolutely disgraceful. This person has no business working with the public. They wasted my time, my money, and worst of all—showed zero respect. I have NEVER been treated with such blatant disregard. Unforgivable.

I stopped in to try the new picklewich and it was just okay. Very small and not tape as filling as I expected. I'll stick with my usually spicy easy coat unwich.

The employees are either incompetent or are too busy doing anything else but working. I have came to this location 3 times and 4/5 sandwiches me and my girlfriend have ordered have been completely wrong missing 2 things at least from each order. Most recently got a #7 and dont like onions or mayo. Got the #7 paid 35$ drove home 30 minutes and opened it up, no peppers on the sandwich, said oh well not a big deal, bit into it and instantly knew there was mayo on the sandwich as well. Cost me a 1 hour wait for food and another 10 dollars to eat somewhere else as well as the 35 dollars to order a sandwich i wont eat

Every-time I order an unwich from here they forget an ingredient. Ordered the capris basil pesto today and they forgot to put the mozzarella (like literally the main part of the sandwich.) the last time I ordered it they forgot the glaze. I’m just a college student looking for a nice Jimmy John after a hard day. I’m not mad, just disappointed.

The people working are really nice but this is not the place to eat if you actually want any meat on your sandwich. I just ordered a big John and added avocado and pickles and when I got to eat the sandwich I noticed I had two tiny little pieces of meat on it. I should have taken a picture to post but was so surprised and taken aback at what they gave me I didn’t even think about it. Almost 7 dollars for a bunch of bread and lettuce. I returned the sandwich and won’t be back

Masculine Only store!! Jersey Giant worth more for the money! While the customer service at the order counter was fabulous, my sandwiches and overall atmosphere were not. The tall guy who made my sandwiches put a sprinkle of lettuce, tiny tomatoes, and a sliver of meat. If I opened it in store, I would have demanded a refund!! Also, the non-friendliness of the staff made me want to shirk away. What a sexist JJs, there were no female employees!
