The people working are really nice but this is not the place to eat if you actually want any meat on your sandwich. I just ordered a big John and added avocado and pickles and when I got to eat the sandwich I noticed I had two tiny little pieces of meat on it. I should have taken a picture to post but was so surprised and taken aback at what they gave me I didn’t even think about it. Almost 7 dollars for a bunch of bread and lettuce. I returned the sandwich and won’t be back

The food is always good but they NEVER give us the mayo packs when we request them. Even if we go in they give us maybe 2-3. I just don’t understand why they are called “freebies” if you aren’t willing to actually give them out :)

Masculine Only store!! Jersey Giant worth more for the money! While the customer service at the order counter was fabulous, my sandwiches and overall atmosphere were not. The tall guy who made my sandwiches put a sprinkle of lettuce, tiny tomatoes, and a sliver of meat. If I opened it in store, I would have demanded a refund!! Also, the non-friendliness of the staff made me want to shirk away. What a sexist JJs, there were no female employees!

Ordered two sandwiches for delivery. Didn’t receive the food after an hour so I called and they said they delivered it but I explained I never received it and they refused to remake my food and said I “might” get a refund. Had my boyfriend call and they ended the phone call saying “f**k you” to him. Never received my food or refund. Horrible customer service.

I will never be ordering from this location again. Called last night to try to place an order and the guy I was on the phone with was incredibly rude. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced the guys working at this location to be very rude. Called the Harrison location, the man I spoke with happily took my order and was extremely sweet. Even the girl who helped me inside when I went to pick up was nice. Again, I will never return to the Grand River Jimmy John’s

On Jah? You know JJs slaps sometimes. But what fucks me up is I added onions and they only put two little rings on. Two? You may as well not even try. It's not the workers' fault, whatever management made that decision ... I don't get it. Just add some more onions. Give the people what they ask for. Unless y'all just want to make sure my breath smells ok, in which case, thanks.
