Not to be dramatic but the worst experience of my life at the east Lansing location. Workers are ridiculously rude and obnoxious. My friend wasn’t even allowed to order tonight because last night she waited in the store for her Uber to come and didn’t cause a single problem but the workers were mad because they were simply just standing there. Workers are rude, and I will never come back as no one else should.

Just AWFUL. Just got a sandwich from them and it was heinous. No quality control. Condiments tasted sour, Tuna tasted old and the bread was so stale, it stabbed me in the mouth. I talked to manager and she said there’s was nothing she could do and had absolutely no remorse for that disgusting sandwich. Don’t come here.

Take out only and rude about it. Don’t know why they have a counter or tables, if they’re going to scold you…

My tuna sandwich with “regular” tuna, lite lettuce, extra tomatoes, reg mayo, oil & vinegar, oregano and ez jalapeño ranch.

I get the same thing all the time at every jimmy johns and I’ve never had it be so sloppy before. Feels like there was double amount of the tuna as normal. While some may consider this a good thing, I actually wanna taste my other ingredients which is hard/impossible to do when the sandwich tasted literally like they just put a bunch of tuna and mayo in some bread and called it a day.

Normally not one to make a big fuss but I called to “complain” and person on the phone was like “yeah they probably just put extra tuna on there…” then nothing else. Literally had to ask for a remake. Not saying anything wrong with asking for what you want, but back when I worked customer service if a customer called and said my order was made wrong, instead of just acknowledging it we usually offered the remake/credit ourselves. I understand the importance of listening to what people say and acknowledging feelings but I called for a solution not to talk about my feelings.

I don’t mind if they’d asked me to bring it back to make sure I’m not just trying to get free food (frankly I’m not eating this mess) but to just be like “oh, okay.” in response to a complaint kinda just blew my mind. 🫤

Sandwich was amazing, however one of the workers (5’9 brown hair brown beard / mustache) insulted me as I walked in and as I was leaving. I was disgraced and saw him laughing as I got into my car to leave. He also smelled like garlic and had something stuck in his tooth.

Ordered delivery in app and it got set up through uber eats and it got delivered to the wrong address. (Has happened before) Last time i was able to get the store to remake it and send it back out after they said to contact uber eats support which told me to contact jimmy johns. This time i was told to contact uber eats support again which no longer has a customer service number and the store was unwilling to remake it and send it back out stating that they no longer had a ticket for my order. I'm done with jj until they want to pay their drivers enough to apply there.

I went in to pick up an order for DoorDash, and the place was packed, which was understandable for about lunchtime on a Sunday. I went up towards the counter and another customer who was standing right across the counter from the DoorDash pickups asked what name I had, and when I told him, he pointed out that it was sitting right there. Since it was within fairly close reach, I went ahead and grabbed it so as to not inconvenience anyone while they were taking/preparing orders, and one of the employees yelled at me, told me that “You DON’T just grab orders”, yanked it back behind the counter, and she didn’t allow me to pick it up, even though I could have easily confirmed that it was for my customer. Just incredibly unprofessional and rude, and kinda ruined my morning. I purposely avoid picking up dashes from this location now.

Had an awful experience at this establishment. The staff was very unprofessional and will definitely not be coming back.
