Did a doordash order n automatically jimmy johns canceled my order looked them up on Google and said they are open until 3am on friday night so I tried calling instead of ordering delivery on their main website cuz it's going to take 7-10 business days to get my money back from doordash so didn't want to order twice and nobody answered the phone if they aren't open until 3am then they need to change their times on their website just saying

I have had to be served by young and very friendly people, but if the people who prepare the sandwich, it seems that they do not read the customer's instructions because I asked that they not put too much mayonnaise and they put too much mayonnaise, remember that the customer You pay for what you want, it is important to follow the instructions.

Went today and double confirmed added pickles but got no pickles. Bread was overdone/hard (and appeared to be that way for all orders I saw). Love Jimmy Johns but won’t return to this location. Their new pasta and potato salad sides are really good though!

I placed a delivery order at 3:35p called twice because i still haven’t gotten the order. The final time I called was at 4:50p. Then he made the decision to void my order. I told him I still wanted my food but he said I would have to re order. With this Jimmy John’s, don’t order delivery if you’re expecting it to be freaky fast. The attitude of the employee I was talking to was uncalled for.

This Jimmy johns in particular is out of line, I stumbled waiting for my sandwich (after paying) and was accused of stealing chips… I never touched the chips nor had any intentions of it, the women working was incredibly out of line and screamed in my face after I personally tried to de-escalate whatever she thought she saw happened, I just wanted my #5 and nothing else… the women working does not belong in food service and denied my service… after I had already paid. Truly a disgrace after working food service myself for so many years, really… get ahold of yourself.

Had to bag my food myself, and then reach over the counter to get napkins and a fork. 4 stars only because that didn't seem very sanitary. Workers were nice, food was good and quick.
I made a catering order on short notice and Jimmy John's went above and beyond to fulfill! Thanks to their staff for making it happen

The food was delicious and prepared quickly. The front-desk employee gave me a bit of a strange vibe, but other than that, the service was swift and simple. A family was laughing loudly, which was wonderful because it indicated contentment and created a cheerful atmosphere. I recommend!

consistently refuse to deliver to sparrow hospital, it’s annoying for both staff and patients. It in the delivery range but the response we get is it ties them up to much….sorry that we are providing u so much business ???

Every Saturday afternoon I call they don't have a delivery driver. Someone might want to let their owner know that they might get more business if they staff drivers during lunch hours, but what do I know...
