Ate here April 9th and got food poisoning... they are not taking responsibility for their actions so they are likely serving up food borne illness as we speak!
I LOVE Jimmy Johns, but HATE this location! Do yourself a favor & drive the extra minute or two to deal with employees at another location (or another sub-shop all together!) that actually care. Over the course of several weeks & multiple separate orders, I have not received a correct order yet. Mistakes happen, I get it...& I even sympathize. I tend to not make a big deal. I usually get super fast delivery. Not today. It's been over an hour since I ordered--still waiting! I understand there's a high school basketball tournament playoff going on today, but they should tell you when you order if it's going to be a long delivery time!
