Racist environment! oh and I guess the food sucks no matter what race you are though cause I should have read reviews before I went. I was so disappointed with my food I wanted to go back but the way my skin is setup I could tell I would have been the problem either way 🤷🏽‍♀️

This has got to be the worst Jimmy John's around. This Jimmy John's is not too far from my place. Every time I come here the entire staff is sitting on the counters and on their cell phones.

Nothing new today. I was the only customer in there, five employees just chilling sitting on their phones. With no acknowledgment that a customer walked through the door until I was at the counter.

I ordered a club Lulu combo. With extra lettuce, extra tomato, add cucumber. There is no extra anything. Meat and cheese were super light. Then I had to bag my own sandwich, asked for extra mayo and mustard packets on the side. While the staff was just sitting there on their phones. Nobody heard me until I had to raise my voice.

There's literally nobody in there. I was the only customer. Worst Jimmy John's around. How is the entire staff sitting down and they still can't make a sandwich right. Jimmy John's you need to do better. I'll never be back.

Smelled like weed when we entered, music was extremely loud and not the typical restaurant music. I didn’t know people could work high and party at work now. It was a very awkward environment, they didn’t tell us what size cup to grab or direct us to the pop machine. On their phones not paying much attention.

Girl who took my large order did it correctly. Girl who made the orders, apparently couldn’t read. She got all 6 of our subs wrong. She mistook peppers for pickles. She didn’t label any of the subs. She made a Vito instead of a nightclub plus bacon. She had has ear buds in, maybe she couldn’t focus because of what she was listening too. I don’t know, but it was awful. The girl running the register even came back to try and help her sort it out.

Was going to order just a loaf a bread to make a meatball sub at home which use to be a some what reasonable $2 now they want $5! Jimmy John's have lost their minds Jimmy John's freaky expensive is what they should change their names too

I am beyond frustrated by choosing a time through the app for a specific pickup time window (11:30/11:45) and receive a message that my order is ready at 10:40 for pickup. This happens constantly. That means my food is sitting out on the shelf for a hour unrefrigerated. Sub was soggy by the time I picked it up (11:42) and was not even made the way I ordered. More time and attention needs to be taken and quit flying through the orders! My sandwich only had meat on half the sub and was not cut in half as I had asked.

Good food, abysmal management. Orders consistently incorrect. No apologies, no genuine offer to try to make things right. Won’t return (to this location).Location on Harrison road not quite as convenient, but has always been run correctly/no order errors/polite.Edit: I provided a response as requested to corporate Jimmy John’s, on Friday, December 1, 2023. I have yet to receive any response.

The last several times I have ordered they have made every single one of my sandwiches wrong. I opened the sandwiches in the store this time and of course they were all made wrong and missing toppings I paid extra for. It wasn’t even until I got home that I realized that I was missing additional items. Apparently none of their workers know how to read.
