I am beyond frustrated by choosing a time through the app for a specific pickup time window (11:30/11:45) and receive a message that my order is ready at 10:40 for pickup. This happens constantly. That means my food is sitting out on the shelf for a hour unrefrigerated. Sub was soggy by the time I picked it up (11:42) and was not even made the way I ordered. More time and attention needs to be taken and quit flying through the orders! My sandwich only had meat on half the sub and was not cut in half as I had asked.

Good food, abysmal management. Orders consistently incorrect. No apologies, no genuine offer to try to make things right. Won’t return (to this location).Location on Harrison road not quite as convenient, but has always been run correctly/no order errors/polite.Edit: I provided a response as requested to corporate Jimmy John’s, on Friday, December 1, 2023. I have yet to receive any response.

The last several times I have ordered they have made every single one of my sandwiches wrong. I opened the sandwiches in the store this time and of course they were all made wrong and missing toppings I paid extra for. It wasn’t even until I got home that I realized that I was missing additional items. Apparently none of their workers know how to read.

Pretty good Jimmy John's, not far from.MSU campus. Good food. Can get very busy especially on weekends or football games. It took a bit longer to receive our order. Otherwise, a good time.

NOT freaky fast. Ordered an hour ago. Called 25 minutes ago and was told it was already on its way. Called again and was told he left later than that with 4 orders. An hour for JJ is ridiculous and I don’t appreciate them being upset that I had to call and check on my order twice.

completely screwed up my order. 5 people just standing there and couldn't get one out of four sandwiches made the way I ordered them, they were all made wrong. Drove all the way home and called to let them know and there's " nothing they can do about it " unless I drive all the way back there. Horrible customer service, won't be back again.

They are so cheap...always shoving $40 order in one tiny bag and when asked for another bag it's always an excuse on why I can't have one. NEVER RETURNING!!

I have not gotten a single order I have made. I have gone 4 times in a row of their drivers either stealing or disappearing my food, not following simple directions like GO TO THE ONE STORE and decide to just toss my food into the road, and I'm sick of it. Not a single time have I gotten a refund, my food, anything. Managers have told me to just let them know next time I order and the food will be comped. Twice now I've had managers tell me I made it up and to get out of their storeToday made an order not using my normal name and it's been 4 hours and when I call I get the busy line.Is JJ just a constant con? Or am I just lucky enough to deal with the worse staff JJ can provide?Staff should all be fired.UPDATE:Filled out the complaint form and was notified via the settings in GMAIL that they sold my email information. These people are leeches on society.

Why do I need to look for my sandwiches when I place an online order. We come here once a week sometimes twice and lately they just set the sandwiches at end of counter. Not on the rack, in a bag. Nothing. Also 3 out of 5 times cheese is on my gluten free unwich when I specifically put no cheese. The customer service is just that here. Service with fastness but don't dare confuse us and ask us to think outside the box ?

Addendum:I called the location this afternoon & spoke with a manager - they were super polite, even though I had been pretty rude last night. They said this does happen more frequently when it's a non-JJ employee doing the delivery, which is more understandable. Manager had 3 different solutions that they offered for me and followed through quickly.Original Review:Ordered online, an hour later nothing here. I called the store, they said Uber Eats picked it up so they won't do anything about it. I'm not able to contact Uber, and the number they (Uber) sent me to contact the driver was a dead line. Literally just stole my money and food. HOW CAN YOU NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT?
