I've been ordering takeout from Jimmy's since well before COVID and they have never once made even a tiny mistake, even when making changes or alteration to the stock menu options. Plus they are always super friendly and great me kind and happy. That says to me the company culture is good and the owners are at least trying to keep good employees, which is super rare anymore. Hope they keep up the good service and food!

Took awhile for the waiter to ask what we want to order. Then took 40 minutes to get the food. The food finally comes, I ordered the pretzel encrusted salmon, and it was very underwhelming. All they did was sprinkle a few crumbs of pretzels and a thin slice of lemon. Tasted dry with no seasoning, very sad because this was my birthday dinner. The other food looked very good so it was very unfortunate.
