We had a large group, our server was great, and the food was good. We would definitely celebrate at Jolly Pumkin again!

The jolly pumpkin is a nice restaurant that is clean and well run. I give it a 4 only because I felt the menue was a bit small for my liking. Also, I tried the lamb burger and it was indeed tasty, but a little too garlicy not to mention the bun was a little small and the juices caused it to fall apart easily. I tried their beer "The Havoc" and it was just OK to me compared with other IPAs I've had.

Great atmosphere and food/craft beer selection
Good customer service and neat atmosphere in a nice part of East Lansing.
Okay food, everyone at our table had their meals really overcooked ingredients to the point of being dry and hard. Took about 15 minutes after getting sat down to get drinks ordered, and another 10 minutes for those drinks to come out. Wait for food was very long as well despite very few people being there. They also like to sneak in hidden upcharges for "higher costs".
I had an espresso martini type drink during the jazz festival and it was phenomenal. The server was excellent. The Buffalo chicken sandwich tasted good but it was so hard to eat it literally fell apart into a sloppy mess. Still smashed tho. And the fries were on point. Mom had the blt, said it was good but she didn’t like the curried chips
A huge THANK YOU to the staff at JP for treating us so well this last Sunday! We had a reservation for a large group and when we arrived all was ready and the table setting couldn’t have been more perfect! Of course, the brews, food and service were also top notch. Well done—-and thanks!

Great food! Great service! But not a family friendly environment due to homeless people hanging around the area with no accountability. Does not matter how much East lansing charges it's residents tax wise, we were told there is nothing they could do about it. I feel really sorry for the business owners there.

We ordered red chicken nachos and buffalo chicken dip for appetizers and margaritas pizza for the main course. Buffalo chicken dip is not so great but red chicken nachos are delicious. The pizza is nice. They do also have nice beers, we took hail, diabolical in IPAs and sunrise alse. We liked hail better than the others.
Menu claims 16 oz beer. More like a 14 oz beer. Great waitress (super friendly) but 25 minutes for some fries sounds like the kitchen needed some help. Location is half the review.
Food and drinks are great. I don't like the deceptive pricing practice of just adding a surcharge cause of "rising costs" or whatever. Should just reflect the rising costs on the actual menu
Good food. Prices are a bit steep pending what you're looking at, but otherwise, cool restaurant and overall vibe.
Food was really good Andrew had large portions. Appetizers were very tasty and also had good portions. Our wait staff was fantastic.
