The jolly pumpkin is a nice restaurant that is clean and well run. I give it a 4 only because I felt the menue was a bit small for my liking. Also, I tried the lamb burger and it was indeed tasty, but a little too garlicy not to mention the bun was a little small and the juices caused it to fall apart easily. I tried their beer "The Havoc" and it was just OK to me compared with other IPAs I've had.
Okay food, everyone at our table had their meals really overcooked ingredients to the point of being dry and hard. Took about 15 minutes after getting sat down to get drinks ordered, and another 10 minutes for those drinks to come out. Wait for food was very long as well despite very few people being there. They also like to sneak in hidden upcharges for "higher costs".
I had an espresso martini type drink during the jazz festival and it was phenomenal. The server was excellent. The Buffalo chicken sandwich tasted good but it was so hard to eat it literally fell apart into a sloppy mess. Still smashed tho. And the fries were on point. Mom had the blt, said it was good but she didn’t like the curried chips
