I ordered pick up and got the Seoul chicken sandwich with kimchi and a bulgogi taco. First time trying it since I recently moved to the area.Y’all…it was soooo good. My favorite restaurant I’ve tried so far. The flavors were amazing, (the food wasn’t bland which is an issue I keep running into around here!!), and the portions were generous for a great price! And keep in mind I got a pick up order before they closed. I can only imagine how bomb it would be to eat it fresh at the restaurant. The parking situation is jacked but that’s hardly the restaurants fault. If you’re thinking about it, try it.

The chicken here is really good! However, everytime I come they NEVER have kimchi. All I want is kimchi fries ?

came here a couple of times with friends, and i would say i enjoyed my times there. i mostly ordered the "street food" instead of proper meal/dinner, and i think they have one of the best korean snacks around east lansing. the chickens were a bit hard to bit into, still cronchy tho (it was caramelized but i think it was made a bit thick as the outer layer of the chicken was a bit tough). i love the korean corn dogs there, get it every time i come and it never disappoints me. it could be sweetish for some's tatse but if u like a nice snackie snack, u know where to go. the vibe is chill, not too much going on around the store, pretty self-explanatory. the service is fast, pretty quick, and straightforward, u grab utensils and napkins and water at the counter, clean ur stacks and out it in the boxes, and other self-services as well. i did not have much interactions wirh the workers there, but they r nice. the bathroom is welly cleaned, it felt maintained. pretty much a clean place. overall, 4.4/5!

Food was amazing. Service sucked. Vibe of the restaurant was also only ok. Good made up for everything tho.

Quick service, plenty of options to choose from, fresh and good food. You can dine there or get take out. I highly suggest the Korean corn dogs, which have some stringy cheese inside. Plate sizes are large, especially the bibimbap.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no stairs in the establishment.

We first tried in Novi location and were thrilled when we learned of the EL location, everything was absolutely perfect. But we came back for the popcorn chicken with spicy sauce. 10/10!

Service was really unknowledgeable about food restrictions. Then found a hair on my food. Would never recommend.

The counter service was in a nasty mood. She definitely did not want to be working here at all. Sorry for the inconvenience of ordering food. Anyways, we ordered bibimbap, Kimchi fries and Tbokki. The kimchi fries should have just been fries. The toppings are super sparse. The Tbokki were rock hard, it's like they forgot to cook them before dosing it with sauce. The bibimbap looks way better than it tastes. Their sauces are watered down. All of it is blah. Not worth the $50 we spent here I've tried all the locations - so convenient, but all terrible

Their food is so bomb! People need to eat here. Really good asian comfort food. I always go for their Spam Musubi's since they are made on the spot. Popcorn Chicken is great too!

The service is great with kind staff with food coming out at a very reasonable pace. The atmosphere is modern-looking with k-pop in the background. However, with mostly blank white walls, there lacks a certain bit of personality that would encourage me to bring friends to this location. Additionally, many of the tables smell either a bit heavy of cleaner or stale water. The food is a bit complicated. The authentic parts are pretty good, but there are some additions that as a korean myself, am very much confused by. For example, in the Bibimbap, they use the nice rice, the japchae (glass noodles) is good, and the bulgogi is okay, but they add things like CORN, shredded red cabbage, and kale. It isnt inedible, but it is definitely confusing on my palate.
