Kung Fu Tea x T.K.K. Fried Chicken Express

I ordered the 10-piece spicy wings from Kung Fu Tea, and it was honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. The chicken looked and tasted dirty — some pieces were even black inside, which was extremely concerning. The burger was also terrible and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. Right after eating, I had stomach issues and diarrhea.

If you care about food safety, I highly recommend avoiding this location. This was not just disappointing — it felt unsafe.

Came here once, and do not plan on going back. The customer service was not good either. The woman who made our tea had an earbud in the entire time, and did not seem to enjoy working there. Bathroom was dirty, and no soap in either restrooms. And to end it, I received a Taro tea that didn’t taste anything like milk tea in the absolute slightest. Overly sweet and didn’t taste right at all. Got a refund, but the employee working was hesitant about it. I have had milk tea a million times before and this wasn’t even remotely close. Do not come here, go to the other Boba shops within the area.

I've been here three times, the first time the food was absolutely amazing and I was excited to come back. Unfortunately my next two experiences have brought me to the realization I will never come back here. Both times I stood at the counter in their storefront for more than 10 minutes before anybody even knew I was there. I had to come to the back of the restaurant and asked if they were even open for them to tell me that yes they were open but I have to use their self-service kiosk to order my food.... After ordering my food I was then told they don't have any CHICKEN.... What kind of chicken restaurant doesn't have chicken, not only once but twice??? Worst customer service to be served NOTHING!

They order my wrong drink. I didn't know what is topping and I didn't get black boba

there are no non dairy milk options for teas

They cancelled my order the last handful of times and when I try to contact them regarding why they don’t answer their phone.

Chicken tenders were dry while wings were overly greasy (thought flavor was good overall). Mustard sauce was goopy.

If there is a zero, I will give her a zero without reservation. I ordered a box of chicken wings, two of which had a lot of dirty chicken feathers, which was disgusting. The chicken wings are not cooked, and there is blood in them. Communicate with the store, the store is just a cliche, shirking responsibility. Very disgusting.

Love this place! Excellent bubble tea/boba. I come here all the time, and every Saturday with my family. The food is only 4 stars because sometimes it makes me feel sick but it ALWAYS tastes good ?

Vegetarian options: No vegetarian FOOD but plenty of vegetarian friendly tea and drinks
