Self-serve salad bar where you pay per ounce. Location is a little bit of a weird spot. It's in the middle of two crossroads with limited parking because of the shape of the lot.

Everything on the bar seemed very fresh and nicely laid out in the order of how you'd want to boil the salad had a good selection of different proteins along with just about every kind of vegetable or fruit might want to put on a salad. A very big egg selection of salad dressings as well.

I go through Lansing I think quite a bit so I will be stopping again

This is one of the best places to go make your own salad. I haven't had any of the smoothies or soup, but the salads are on point. It's clean, and quiet if you want to sit down and eat real quick. Be mindful that if you fill up the cardboard box, your salad will be twice the size and cost it would be in the plastic box. Don't let your eyes deceive you! I feel like they should offer fresh juice tho. Nice little spot, highly recommended

Salad and toppings were fresh but that place is dirty and grimey!!! Condiment bottles are sticky and all the stainless steel was streaked with food smudges and absolutely gross!!! I will never go to that nasty place again! 🤢

Salad buffet is immaculate.

Prompt, friendly service. Clean restaurant. They had gloves available to use for the salad bar utensils. They have cups and lids to keep the salad dressing separate from the salad. The food was fresh today.

Food was okay, lots of options but found it to be very expensive for the portion size.

Very good. This is our 3rd time here. Always fresh and clean. Prices are great. 10 bucks for a build your own salad with so many choices they give you. Staff is super nice. Love it. ❤️

Avoid at all costs. Soup looked like it had been sitting there for several hours and had separated, chicken had absolutely 0 seasoning, dressing tasted really bad, and I noticed a black spot on some of my eggs halfway through eating. Honestly surprised I didn’t get sick. Save your $20 and eat somewhere else.

Salad bar had an awesome selection. Everything looked good and fresh. Biggest complaint about the salad bar, the ranch. You can tell it's cheap store bought. Making their own house ranch would go sooooo far at making the salads better. I settled for the poppyseed dressing because the ranch was so nasty. Only real complaint was the service. The guy was not very friendly, didn't welcome us or offer to help us when we walked in and we had never been there before so it would have been nice. If they would get decent ranch, I'd go here at least twice a week.
