They put pepperoni on 3 of my pizzas when I never asked for pepperoni, the gm manager then said their was nothing he could do to fix the mistake or give me new pizzas. I spent over $15 and was a loyal customer. The manager then hangs up on me and refused to let me speak to his regional manager. All they had to do was fix the mistake like any other professional business but instead they did everything but fix the mistake. I won't be buying or recommending this place ever again. I don't eat pepperoni due to my religion. My Brother went back to the store to see if they'd fix it their and they ended up giving us a refund.

These reviews are all super inaccurate, and definitely not about the East Lansing location on Grand River near hagadorn. They don't close at 11, they close at 1 or 2 on weekends, so any review saying they closed at 11 is clearly not true. Also, there's not a drive through or pick up window. The employees at the MSU store are friendly, tend to customers quickly, and the food is some of the best coming out of little Caesars anywhere in the country. They were pretty short staffed over summer, but they've been rocking it all fall for sure!

Occasionally I wait for more time then I wish, however their service and pizza is very consistent. Pizza is good, I like it. If you ever want pizza this is a place. with a few dollars, and a couple minutes, pizza can be yours.

I worked for this little caesars location and me as well as many co workers have gotten gipt on our hours, they also treat their employees like junk. Will be reporting to police and the labor board as I'm owed over 60 hours of work!!!!
