Rude worst customer service

food was really good at this location employees were nice and friendly only thing was needs better lighting it was really dark inside couldn't see the menu very well

Pretty much force you to use the app by not answering the phone

Visited twice. First time, hot n' ready was both of those and better than most LCs I've been to. Second time, wasn't ready, but they were very apologetic and pizza was fresh and tasty once it was ready.

Last night around 7 (5-1-25) I walked in to make an order because the app wasn’t working and was very rudely turned away by the woman working the front counter. I just wanted some pizza man :’(

I come in around 9p every Monday, they claim they aren't making anymore food cause they have a lot of orders coming in but they close at 10p, and keep canceling orders that come in through DoorDash and MobileApp. All I was ordering is CrazyBread and CrazyPuffs but was denied my order.

P.S. would not recommend coming here if you are looking for quality food.

Regularly out of basic things - like crazy bread. Orders subpar on quality compare to any other little ceasars. Often have 0 hotnready. This one would be convenient but giving up on it.

Whoever packaged my meal for the pizza portal. Did not check lids on the sauces before putting it into the bag. Sauce was all over my boxes and crazy bread bag.

Poor experience. Lack of basic service at the counter with anyone there and someone making food by the oven and asking what we were there for. No one came to help take our order at any time.
