I had a great experience here, the servers Meena and Molly were amazing! They were kind, polite, quick, caring and created a welcoming environment! Their customer service is a 10/10! I would definitely recommend this place if you are around town, their strawberry matcha is wonderful!

The food and drink here are so good! The staff weren’t very welcoming. There were so many missed opportunities for the staff to engage with customers and create a positive environment. They seemed to go through the motions of ringing up your order with no explanation of their loyalty program or any other engagement. We felt like we were disturbing their conversations and interrupting them rather than feeling like we were welcome. Great products, but some customer service training...

I bought a raspberry cream cake for my son’s birthday and we both agreed that it might be the best cake we’ve ever eaten in our life. This bakery is a treasure in our community.
