The people are usually nice, but the food always sucks, ALWAYS, burgers burnt, fries either over or insanely under, once had a raw burger?? (Not kidding), ive never been inside there, but it looks messy from the outside.

I rarely get fast food and the last 3 times I have ordered here I've ordered 2 mcchickens with pickles and bacon added and all 3 times I've not had pickles or bacon added. It even says it on the pakcage. How can you be that bad? I feel like I deserve compensation at this point, like damn this is the worst McDonald's.

Well well well I was so so so excited for a pumpkin pie on Halloween cuz my yearly ritual but as soon as me and my friend Finn got home and started drinking and opened up our bag there was nothin but two cheese burgers and a bag full of disappointment… it’s usually so amazing here and I get that they were busy but what the heck man I just wanted some pumpkin pie and the messed up part is I payed for it too so where’s my pumpkin pie and how can I seek retribution for what just happened to me???? What can I even do to get remembered for something like that because it’s wrong and not alright with me. But regardless, staff are very nice and very considerate and nice if you are too just don’t order pumpkin pies on Halloween apparently :( just messed up to me and you should be able to see the disappointment in our faces in my posted pictures….

Pretty slow but consistently good, great service, exceptional professionalism. If every McDonald's ran like this one I'd have no problem paying an extra dollar twenty five for the single cheeseburger. The workers move with fluidity, never letting time get wasted. I'm likley incorrect but I'm suspicious that these workers were more than proficient at other locations and were bussed in to help optimize this one, being open 24 hours. Nothing special, just the best one you'll find in Lansing. If they tear down the original burger chef building for the sake of a redesign I will not eat McDonald's again.

I sat at the drive thru for about 5 minutes I keep on saying hello so I decided to pull up too the window too place my order the young my was very nice and respectful I asked him if the far drive thru lane was working and he said yes but no one wants too do their jobs which is true seem so as I pulled up too the pickup window there was about 4-6 employees at the front windows on their phones and listen too music while they are on the headset it’s very sad what kind of people work here
God awful wait was over an hour, every time I come here for food never comes out right don’t recommend. Also just generally not nice people.

I was just there today and my wife ordered food for us and it tasted like my nuggets where old nuggets that they tripled dunk old and extra crunchy and not in a good way if they didn't have fresh up or at least semi fresh then I feel they should have said something along the lines of a wait

I placed a DoorDash order at 1:20 I called the restaurant app 1:34 The lady said the order was ready to get picked up about 10 minutes ago And I called back and claimed she was the manager When I got my food, my French fries were cold and my McChicken cold I don’t blame it on the Dasher. I blame it on the restaurant because the Dasher was not even assigned yet in McDonald’s already prepared the food

I mean there's alot to be said. Usually you'll wait for at least 20 min in the drive thru due to the high volume of traffic. Fries are usually cold but they're open 24 hours so you take the good with bad

We have been waiting in line at the drive through for over an hour pre purchased. No joke on the hour. This is insane on wait time. No reason for a fast food place to be this backed up
