Everything's terrible. The place smells. It takes forever to get your food and it is extremely noisy. And everybody is rude. I got up an hour and a 1/2 before work to go get some food. And I was still half an hour late to work after waiting 45 minutes just to get a breakfast sandwich. Never going back. 👎👎

Went thru the drive thru for lunch today. I ordered 2 McDouble's dressed like a Big Mac. The associate taking my order explained that it would be significantly less expensive if I ordered 2 Double Cheeseburgers because they are buy one get one for $1, it's just .30 extra for the Mac sauce. Just wanted to say thank you for the great experience. If they wouldn't have told me, I wouldn't have known. Not sure anywhere else would care enough to do the same. I wish I would've gotten their name. Very considerate. Well done team!

I went to this location in owosso and we waited for more than 20 minutes along with other cars. Had to pull up in drive thru lane and then when food got brought they forgot our drink she said oh I will be right back and 6 minutes went by so I left

The people working here don’t understand anything and messed up my order so I had to go back inside and spend my morning trying to get what I paid for and this happens every time! Do not come here, they simply don’t care!!!!

Not my best experience not happy with the employees food was ok.
Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I wanted to dine in like a normal customer, took a table number, but was told I had to pick up the food myself. It seemed like there weren’t enough staff. My order was packed as takeaway even though I didn’t ask for it. The food itself was also a letdown – just a dry piece of bread with chicken, no sauce or anything else. This is far from the quality I expected.
