I felt sorry as there were only 2 employees tonight. Driving thru and starving. Drove off before checking our order. It was wrong but not even upset about it. They made the best big mac I have had at any mcdees... frys had probably a whole bag of salt. But that big mac made up for it. Being a college area it should have no problem with staffing. Sorry for the 2 who were amazing with service. Hope your supervisor realize this give you 2 the pay of 3 employees each.

The okemos rd McDonald's at jolly service is terrible and employees rude. . My wife had a door dash. waited for 15 minutes went back up to counter and waited 5 more minutes for employees to notice her. They were standing in back talking and doing nothing. Her order was on the shelf getting cold. Then one guy comes to counter and says sorry we are busy. Laughing at her.

They charge 2.79 for an extra hashbrown added to an existing meal. Everywhere else charges a buck and change or a dollar. Clerk didn't understand even when told this. Won't be back. Almost 14 for a egg biscuit meal with two hash browns and frappe. Took forever to get my drink too.

The lobby hasn't been opened since covid and they are rude as hell. Slow workers, inappropriate LOUD music, cold food. If you don't like your job just quit instead of ruining someone's business. Don't go here.
Drive through takes an eternity, don’t go if you’re trying to get some fast food

Went through their drive through, simply asked for them to add an ingredient to a sandwich, instead they removed all ingredients except the one I asked to be added, didn't find out till I got home, drove back and had them remake it, they remade it, but offered no discount or sympathy or worry about the issue, it was not busy when I went through the drive through, I was the only vehicle, they had time to make it correctly, I work fast food, if we had messed up that badly on over half the order we would have refunded the order, given a free item, or a coupon. At the very least we wouldve sympathized with the customer... Instead I was basically ignored by the staff. This is not how you run a franchise...
