The first time I came here it was fine, but today I came in at 5:30 p.m, ordered and paid, only to find out no one was working. I waited 20 minutes then left, only to realize a “Out right now, be back later” sign was poorly posted to the door, hidden behind something so I missed it coming in. Wasted $9 because they couldn’t be bothered to lock the door or post a sign in a more visible area.

It’s pretty embarrassing to open late every single day and never do anything about changing it or updating your hours online so people don’t waste their time driving to you just to find out that you are once again and capable of being on time to work and opening up your restaurant in a timely fashion
Went on Saturday at 12:30pm during listed business hours, but the doors were all locked and the store was dark. Not sure why they would be closed during peak hours on a non-holiday weekend, but we've had really bad customer service there before so we probably just won't ever go back.

Moge Tee has a great environment and friendly staff. I had the classic Boba Milk Tea. It was good and I enjoyed it, I wish it was a little sweeter though. I opted for 100% normal sugar with light ice. Would definitely come again but get something sweeter or if they are able to make it sweeter than it would be even better in my opinion.

So for a little bit of background, i’m a door dasher and i’ve picked up many orders from this store. Today for some reason i showed up and wasn’t greeted or anything. I brushed it off and told the worker I was here for a doordash pick up, and she said “it not ready, 10-15 minutes.” So i went back to my car and sat there for 25 MINUTES, just to give her a bit more time because I was aware that they just opened 30 minutes before i got there. But for some reason when I was inside, she wouldn’t even come to the front. I called for her literally like 10 times, each time elevating my voice because I thought maybe she just couldn’t hear me (although the store was silent and i was the only one in the store, besides her). This lady completely ignored me, I have a voice that carries, so I know for a fact after 2-3 shouts she heard me. She continued to ignore me and refused to come to the front. I have no idea why she did this, or what warranted it. But if you don’t wanna come to work to DO YOUR JOB. JUST DONT COME, ITS THAT SIMPLE.

I recommend going with your card, while the worker was extremely sweet I was going to pay in cash but with my limited knowledge of her language it was hard to communicate and I felt I put her on the spot. The kiosk is very easy to order from and doesn't take long. The watermelon cheese foam is my favorite with red bean added!
The worst service in the world! I ordered Slush on the app and got no message that it had been started or completed. When I arrived, the slush was all melted. They wouldn't give a remake and told me to come early next time ...... I can arrive early, but please give me a text alert...

Very bad service and worst attitude ever! We ordered couple drinks online and one of them is a slushy. We got no notification from the store that says our orders were ready! And we kept waiting! And found that our drinks are all melted when we got there. I asked the cashier lady if she can make another one for me because it’s all melted into water, she told me it’s my fault because I came in too late!? And just told me to take the melted slushy. $8 for this kinda service? When there’s no message told us the order is completed. she should never treat the customer like this. I’ve never seen this kinda service before in any other boba places. Me and my friends will not return to this place ever again!

Today I went to store with my husband. I was upset with the girl who ordered my drink . I know she is Asian so her english not good because I’m Asian too , her English is not good but she spoke so quite and then she was grumpy when I couldn’t here what she said. My husband is American but he can not hear what she said too . I bought milk tea in Kungfu tea , momo tea , gongcha and never happened it to me. Your guys need change how keep boba warm and soft more than today and I really disappoited with it if your guys receive international student

First time here and loved my drink! There are two tablets where you can customize and order your drink. Never have to interact with anyone if you don't want to. You also can take your time and choose your drink options when it is not busy. It was not busy when we went around 1:30 PM. I got the mango slush with cheese foam, coconut lychee jam and tapioca balls. So so good and real mango pieces. It was sensory overload in a good way! Will be back again to try another flavor.

one of the best boba drinks i've ever had! nice consistency, good tea flavours.pros:- plastic top has cover on it which works well if you are on a bike.- you order via the tablets at the front door, where you can customise the sweetness, ice content, extras, among some other options.-no interacting with other people (great if you are an introvert!)-zero lines and quick service-menu is complete in both chinese and english-toppings unique to this location (i'm looking at you, cheese foam!)
