The coffee shop is so adorable. It's a very quiet, relaxing place where you can get your work and school done. I love the music they're playing. Mohamed was very friendly and helpful. It was our first visit, and Mohamed explained the options to us clearly, including all the drinks and desserts. Thank you, Mohamed. Keep up the great work. Thank you for welcoming us with friendly smiles. I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely come again.

Wifi password is: arabica@123. Coffee that is supposed to be a pour over is almost certainly drip coffee. they put sweetener in it despite me never asking for it to be added. Overall coffee tastes like someone burn trash ran water through it then collected the water in a cup. Would avoid at all costs.

Staff keeps on changing every few months and you can clearly see the inexperience they have dealing with customers. Lack of communication skills as I had to tell them again that I have placed the order for about half an hour and then I had to remind that I didn’t order an iced coffee. Got a very bad coffee which was made in a rush and had no decency to apologize for the delay. The quality has gone down significantly in the last one year as I have been visiting this place for past few years.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, we had a couple negative experiences with the food. My boyfriend had pumpkin spice cake, which was stale. He also ordered a fancy coffee drink with ginger, but they did not make it right. It tasted horrible.
However, the staff was incredibly nice and tried to make it right.

Usually decent but I'd avoid while students are around or it's busy. I ordered, paid, and waited an hour before requesting a refund because I hadn't received my coffee.

Worst coffee shop in East Lansing. I had to wait 45 minutes for my coffee after asking twice. At least 10 people received their coffee before me. The guy working the counter was extremely rude. Won’t be visiting again.
I went with some friends and we each got different things, both drinks and baked goods, and they were all DELICIOUS.

Cute location, yummy pastries! But, if you are a big matcha fan. The matcha is unfortunately quite bad. It was a strong grey green color and tasted a bit like culinary grade matcha to me. But, the Dubai latte was superb. :)

Not sure why this place is rated so highly. Coffee was okay. Lighting was terribly bright and uninviting. Staff looked like they'd rather be anywhere else. Everything served in plastic.
