Really good noodles and lots of tasty toppings in one bowl! One of us ordered the seafood noodles and there were so many clams that it was like a neverending clam story. The ox tail noodles are also amazing with 2 spoons of chili oil. There's no local competition to this place when it comes to Chinese noodles

Pork bun was surprisingly good. Tender meat tucked in a tasty pita like cover. Chicken fried noodles were very good with a nice assortment of veggies. Wish I could see the cook make the noodles.

I have searched for AGES for a soup dumpling and finally found them!! (They’re called pork soup buns on the menu) They are AMAZING, totally recommend!

Ate here after being in Lansing. Really enjoyed their noodles, beef, and cilantro bowl! Totally recommend, support this restaurant!

I like it. Another decent joint, but it's much better than some other established places around here (cough: also on grand river). I ordered beef offal noodle soup with hand-pulled noodles (should have got "sliced") and was expecting more intestines, but I got toppings that are very similar to Pho toppings. The flavor is also similar to that of Pho. But given the evolution of Pho coming out of the influence of a Cantonese Ox meat noodle dish, I'm not surprised that there are tons of similar beef noodle dishes like this laying around in Asia. Generous portion, flavor on point - don't mess with it. Nothing to complain. I think it will start to attract the Chinese community around here soon. After all, they do have pork buns on the menu.

Tried Mulan Noodle Craft tonight. Had the Beef Noodle Soup w/ fried egg, Beef Stir Fry and Wontons in chili oil. Everything was excellent and the soup was absolutely phenomenal.

First time trying this place and it’s very middle of the road. The food is decent, unfortunately, the fried egg on top of my noodles was completely over cooked and even tho I got the beef fried noodles, there was very little actual protein in the dish. Bubble tea was fantastic tho! Not a bad place by any means, but could have been better.

Dee-lic-ious! This place was great! Everything we ordered tasty amazing, some items were a little spicier then I like, but the flavor was so good. Never had this fresh made noodles before, you can watch how they hand pulled the noodle, It's a talent~ We are so excited to comeback

You won't find another place in EL that sells hand pulled noodles nor at such great prices. The roast duck is especially worth trying!

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised by my takeout from here. I got the roast duck soup with hand pulled noodles and the pork bun. I wasn't expecting the pork bun to be the way it was, which was a lightly fried flat, chewy dough stuffed with pork. Didn't really look like much but the taste was incredible! Delicious roast pork meat and fat all coming together for awesomeness. And the soup was equally delicious once I added in the little side cups. Some kind of pickled green, chili oil, and a black vinegar complemented the broth, which already tasted good. And the noodles were so chewy and good! Lastly, you must add the tea egg to your soup. Mine was perfectly salty and flavorful. Yum!

The beef noodle soup is surprisingly delicious! Coming from SoCal, I wasn't expecting much since Asian cuisine is relatively limited in the Lansing area, but no doubt this place is as authentic as noodle soup can be! Inside there's a window to the back where you can see the noodles actually be hand-pulled. When served, it has a pleasantly soft, chewy texture as it absorbs the flavor of the broth. They have other options of noodles but I would definitely recommend hand-pulled. Add a tbsp of vinegar and sesame chili oil and the soup explodes with depth of flavor! The price is reasonable for a restaurant in downtown. The customer service and vibe could use a touch of brightness, but the food is still worth the visit!
