Foods good as always but man is this place over priced, $11 for Mac and cheese and if you want chicken that’s an extra $5 seems a bit inflated for the quality of the food

Not only do they have great food but I also deliver catering orders from restaurants to businesses. As such we are required to set up a buffet type style. They send all the works to make sure you can enjoy your food anywhere it is delivered.

Front service was extremely slow. Had a line of 5 delivery drivers waiting and had no real hustle

My daughter got the regular size tortellini, and there were about 7 of them in her container. For what I paid for it, I was pissed. I got the "pad Thai"..... Look people, throwing some chopped peanuts, and scrambled eggs on rice noodles does not make it pad Thai. The grilled chicken that I was charged almost $5 extra for was so dry I couldn't even swallow it. Safe to say we will never go back.

Tried to order for 30 minutes by app, website, and phone call but, was still unable to place an order. Poor customer service and a horrible website. I wouldn’t know how the food is because I can’t order without ordering in store and waiting. ??

asked and paid for extra sauce, they did not put it in the bag and they changed the sauce for the korean meatballs!!!! THAT I WAITED MONTHS FOR THEIR OVEN TO BE FIXED :(

Absolute 0 stars: customer service ruined my experience. It's a shame because I generally enjoy the food at Noodles and Company, however 2 female employees refused to give me their names regardless of their atrocious service at this East Lansing location. The man who served my food was incredible though-- Very professional and enthusiastic. I wish I had gotten his name too to commend him. As a paying customer who caused no harm or disturbances yet was insulted and harassed by the female staff working on Saturday, March 9th around the late afternoon, Noodles and Company East Lansing needs to reevaluate their staff choices if they don't want to lose customers to rude and demeaning staff.

Came in trying to get warm and was kicked out immediately for not buying anything even though no one was inside. My bad bro didn’t know the seats were neededPS this was during a snow storm

The staff at this location is so amazing and kind. We had misunderstood how a coupon worked and they were totally ok with refunding it and letting us get something different for cheaper while still applying the coupon. They also remade my boyfriend's order for no extra charge when we realized they began adding mushroom to the Pad Thai (he is allergic). 10/10 service & comfort food. Love this location!

I haven't been in yet, And yes I do intend on going in trying everything worth trying. Too b continued....
