I have never used my Combo x Change at this place before and when I asked a question, the worker there was very rude and harsh towards me. It completely ruined the experience. If I could give service a 0 I would.

It’s alright, just a unlimited sip drink but still annoying that they either didn’t fulfill the order or someone stole it. It’s so busy that I stood waiting for 7 minutes for a drink that I just left without my order.

Panera food is all the same usually but I asked for extra say e on my sandwich and I didn't get that. The survive was slow bur they were busy so not bad and the business building atmosphere is a strange one to be sure it's very busy so I wouldn't recommend studying but at off times if perfect I especially like the chairs by the window
Vegetarian options: The tomato soup is very good. I also like the medatranian sandwich, and the grilled cheese is always very good. If they have 10 vegetable soup, 100% get it!!! It's one of the best things they've had on their menu.

If I could give a negative review on service I would. I asked a girl with scraggly hair, dirty fingernails, and tons of arm tattoos, if I could please have my food, while waiting for her to stop talking to her co-worker. She was extremely rude and tried to make it seem as if I had been rude to her. She also appeared to be on drugs, because her eyes seemed rolled back in her head. She got upset when I told her my order was for take-out instead of dine-in. She asked her co-worker to package it, but then stood holding it while I waited for her to please hand it to me.

Never go here if you have any plans for the rest of the day. I went here between classes with about 20 minutes to spare. Little did I know that by the time I finally got my order, my hour and a half class was half over. A one hour wait for mac and cheese and a latte is unacceptable. There were not nearly enough orders ahead of me to justify this wait. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this location unless I feel like waiting for an hour in a Panera with no cell service or WiFi access.

Worst place to use combos on campus. Recommend students go to the International Center to get some good food for the combo. Super restrictive here. Additionally they are always out of something so most the time your order gets rearranged into something that barely resembles what you paid for. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I have given this place a chance with their menu and with a combo and both times it’s been not worth it. Also my grilled cheese for my combo was overloaded, soggy, and some cheese was hard on the inside right after I received it (didn’t ask for a grilled cheese in the first place). Wish I could get my combo back on my account after this. Also the apple was rotting and I didn’t know till halfway eating it. So never again
