Panera food is all the same usually but I asked for extra say e on my sandwich and I didn't get that. The survive was slow bur they were busy so not bad and the business building atmosphere is a strange one to be sure it's very busy so I wouldn't recommend studying but at off times if perfect I especially like the chairs by the window

EXCELLENT customer service! These three girls helped me with my order, they were absolute dolls!! Eshana, Olivia, and Audrey have my absolute heart! And, the food was nice and warm! Will DEFINITELY be going back!!

Miguel is the definition of great customer service. A lady took my order by accident and he quickly offered to let me have a couple cookies from the bakery and they remade my order asap. As I sat there watching him interact with other customers, I realized he is the type of person you want working in your establishment.
