I came here specifically for pho but ended up falling in love with their bánh mì as well. The pho broth is incredibly well-balanced — rich and savory with just the right depth of star anise and cinnamon, the kind of broth that tastes like it has been simmering all day. We enjoyed a delicious meal at Pho Sol when we first arrived in East Lansing. Our host/server was very knowledgeable and kind. The food was authentic and absolutely delicious. The flavors were incredible. A must must dine in.
This is the spot! Great pho, great bahn mi, great prices. usually come for one of those two things but other miscellaneous things I’ve ordered have all been good. service is fast. unassuming and relaxed.
