Pizza and lasagna was very bland, almost off putting. Barely ate either. The cheese bread was good tho. Don’t mind spending money on good food but it was quite painful paying the hefty bill on food that was clearly not worth the price

Went and had a pizza at Pizza House tonight. Got the bill and $25 for medium pizza + $8.75 for a specialty. On top of that, they charged a 4.75% Admin fee. Adding the Admin fee feels like price gouging. We won’t be back if that’s how customers are treated.

Near Michigan State University. College atmosphere and customers though lots of folks go here. They have their own deep dish. Standard menu. Full bar. Large seating area. Good staff. Casual, groups.

We are regulars at the Ann Arbor location and love it.. have been going for 20+ years, but this was our first time at the east Lansing location and wow what a disappointment. There was a few things off which could happen with any restaurant or server on a bad day and we try not to ding restaurants for things that understandably could be a mistake or just happen. But the pizzas were very dry, the deep dish one especially was impossible to even eat the crust. The specialty pizza we ordered which we always get in the Ann Arbor location was horrible. They didn’t make it with all the ingredients, they didn’t add the spices/oil on top and when we mentioned it to the server she went back to ask apparently the people in the kitchen had no idea what we were talking about even though it’s written in the ingredient description on the menu. We showed them several pictures of how it should look from all the countless photos we had and they still didn’t know finally they brought out some different things on the side and we just poured it on top ourselves. On what was left although we were done eating. We were surprised for the 2 locations to be so off and for the kitchen not to even know what is listed on their own menu, and for 2 pizzas to just not taste good at all. Not to mention having to pay almost 5% convenience fee for credit cards for something that’s not even good. It’s a shame. We likely won’t return to the EL location.

Honestly don’t know understand why they think they can charge what they charge it’s absolutely ridiculous. Draft beer did not taste right and was told the line was messed up but still serving beer and charging. What they call a Sicilian pizza is a joke. Who puts sesame seeds on a pizza and then says yeah this is Sicilian. Highly disappointed and feel robbed

Ordered delivery, came fast and hot. Delivery driver was awesome and friendly! The food, let me tell you about the food! They did NOT use canned corned beef hash that was the best part! I love corned beef and I love hash, so this was PERFECT!!! I WILL BE ORDERING THIS AGAIN!

As the social coordinator for our youth soccer club, I am always looking for venues welcoming of large groups (and lots of kids), which is not always easy. Pizza House is the perfect place to host a group outing! The GM, Jeremy, was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and was helpful coordinating the details of our event. The staff were timely, responsive, and dedicated to our group. The food was hot and ready for us upon arrival, which was helpful for our squirrely bunch. Overall, I was impressed and thankful for our experience, and would definitely recommend to others!

Good pizza (but high priced for what you get) might want to ask for other meals to be started later if someone in your party gets the Sicilian style pizza as it takes 25 plus minutes and we think some of our orders were done waiting for the pizza and got cold. Also the calamri was rubbery (probably just not fresh)They do have a huge menu.
