Pulled in for contactless curbside clocked im here online and then waited out front of the store for 20 minutes while the employees looked at me periodically finally i was fed up walked in gave my name and was handed my food from the warmer?? horrible service somebody needs to be paying attention in this place. 3/19/24 8

I wished I would of read these reviews before placing my order. I walked in and the place was dirty. Papers laying all over the counter, table was dirty and the window ledge had papers I guess were specials and menus. Placed my order an waited. The 2 guys were listening to some very vulgar rap music very loud. Me being a lady they didn't care or even respected me sitting and waiting. Words I won't mention. Was just not appropriate in a store. Also playing ludicris loudly. I wished I didn't pay yet I would of left. 43.00 for my order I felt was overpriced also. I won't be back to this store after this experience and reading the reviews. I feel I should be reimbursed. Sad cuz I was really craving PH. And this has been the worst experience I ever had.

Ordered delivery and received half of the order. No biggie, called the store to explain the situation fully expecting some sort of compensation. I just wanted the food I payed for. They told me the manager said there was nothing they could do and hung up. Very upset and underwhelmed. Ordered one pizza, breadsticks, a pasta, and sauces. Only received the pizza and sticks.

Door Dash had delivered food, we were missing stuff on order, the man who answered at the location refused to reimburse or resend missing stuff.

I have never experience the level of ineptitude that I did this evening at this store. I ordered pizza with an estimated delivery of 25-35 min. I had to call the store at the 1 hour mark because I had not heard from anyone. The manager told me my pizza had been ready for 27 min but they didn’t have a driver yet. I told her I would come get it myself and asked her to remake them. She proceeded to become disrespectful and told me I should have been nicer when asking her to remake my pizza that had been sitting there for 30 min, then hung up on me. I had to drive to the store to get a refund. When I arrived there were people standing all over the place and it was not busy. I will never use this store again and I highly recommend no one else does either as the management doesn’t know what they are doing.
