Came in for a bowl last night. The bowl was good and fine like usual, but there was a girl working that made my experience negative. She was kind of short, had her hair in braids and a headband. She was rude to me when taking my order, and then turned around and was being rude to one of her coworkers as well. This hasn’t been my first experience interacting with this particular worker, but I think it will be my last. I wouldn’t post a review like this if it was a one time thing because people have bad days, but it seems like every day is a bad day for her.

The four girls working didn’t properly open the store. There was no musics playing, the front case of food wasn’t open, and none of the playa lights are on…. and all the girls did was talk and talk and talk. I have been waiting here for half an hour, just for her to make two peoples bowls wrong. We also used a coupon, and the cashier didn’t take it, which is d*** because now we can reuse the coupon. zero sense of urgency. Ten minutes legitimately have gone by and not a single bowl has been given to a customer. More than 75% of the customers in here aren’t eating. DO NOT recommend. It’s more worth it to drive all the way to New Jersey, just to have one made by someone better. UPDATE. finally got my bowl and it was made incorrectly. The lady told me that what I asked for wasn’t written on the order ticket when I know it was, as I read it when the cashier punched it in. DO NOT eat here!!!
