Ordered delivery and pleasantly surprised by the small bowls portion size. Plenty for a meal! & way better than the other fast food options in the area

Bowls were fresh. Customization options were much smaller than other poke places. Tasted good, there were weird black bits at the bottom of our plastic cups. I wish they had marinated mushrooms as a topping and tempura crunch. Their onion crunch are so large it feels like there were potato chips on my bowl.

UPDATE: the store manager contacted me and was very apologetic. He offered to replace or refund my experience which I thought was very fair. My experience may have been a one-off and clearly customer satisfaction is the top priority. Based on customer satisfaction effort alone I would absolutely give Poke Fresh a second chance.
Interestingly, my food wasn't very fresh. The mandarin oranges and pineapple were both canned and tasted awful like a can. The avocado tasted spoiled and upset my stomach off the little bit of the one bite I ate. Unfortunately I had to pay extra for that. They also charge extra for seaweed and crab salad. The assembly of the bowl could use some work too. I paid extra for masago and it was plopped on top of the Wasabi and smashed down into it with the lid, so my masago was also inedible because I couldn't get it separated from the Wasabi and couldn't eat so much Wasabi at once. Lastly, there was so much dressing in my bowl that it was more of a soup than a salad. I had to pour off about a half a cup of liquid and still everything was swimming. I would not recommend this place.

Had a TERRIBLE poke bowl. Emailed the business. They never contacted me back..they also charge for toppings that used to be free. My poke bowl was drowning in sauce. I didn't ask for extra. $20 down the drain

Great little place. Amazingly Fresh! The tuna and smoked salmon was just great. It's like deconstructed Sushi in a bowl. Aaron runs a great little spot here! Don't forget to stop and try it!

I went here yesterday and the food was terrible the rice was dry and not a good after taste. A couple hours after eating their food I started to violently throw up and I have had a 102 degree fever and I have been sick all day. Please don't eat here! I had the seaweed salad and tuna bowl.
