Went on a busy basketball weekend. Place was packed!!!! Lines were long. But the staff had it down! Line was long but the wait wasn't. Food was perfect. Patrons were kind considering how busy it was.

It was Thursday evening, place was packed with people and so noisy.
Food was great and the service was awesome. Crispy and tender chicken pairs well with coleslaw, and their signature sauce is always right.

Chicken was great! Fries were great! Cane’s sauce is a must! I love getting half tea/half lemonade from here and the restaurant is currently serving leprechaun (green) lemonade! Busy place! Fast service! Two kiosks available to place orders as well as service at front counter! Plain and simple, always hot and good!

Been there to canes in NY, Nashville,, Knoxville.. this is hands down the worst, not the same company here.
The food is great, but there is never any space to sit and often little room to even stand inside. It can sometimes take more than half an hour to get a simple order because it is too busy.

This place is way over-hyped. The food is just OK, nothing to brag about. The place is always busy because it's always full of students. If it was in any other place other than a college town it would not survive as the food is sub par.

Over-hyped, good sauce, chicken is meh. Together it's good but not worth the hype.

The food itself was a 2, the sauce brought it to a 3 or 4. The bread was soggy yet also dry, the fried were floppy, and the chicken has no flavor. The chicken was nice and crispy though. The service was pretty good. We ordered at one of the little devices, but when we were handed our food they were friendly. They were also tackling the crowds of people very well from what I observed! That brings me to the atmosphere. It was very lively, but way more crowded than I anticipated. It was too busy for us to stay and eat which is why the rating gets knocked a bit. Overall, I wouldn't be back for the food unless someone else was buying. I've been seeing this restaurant all over online and I was super excited to try it, but unfortunately I left disappointed.
