This was our first time here and trying the food. Due to my own mistake one of our orders feel on the counter. The gentleman behind the counter, Kingston was so helpful. He saw what happened, offered to have a new one made and took care of the food that was spilled. He was so nice and the yound girl that was calling orders made sure I got the next order. Service was AMAZING!

Definitely a noisy place! Chicken was really good! Fries were just plain, no seasoning to be had other than salt. Toast was tasty.

Food was great. Whoever was working the counter did great (8-12-2025) even though the person behind me was trying to cause a scene. Place was a little dirty, but understandable when it's busy.

The chicken was great. The fries were super good! I picked this order up so I was a little disappointed that I didn't have a cup carrier as I had two drinks and just over half a mile to walk. I ordered a Sprite and a coke zero, I got a Sprite and a regular coke. Couldn't drink one of the drinks. Kind of a bummer. Be aware for any diabetics.

We always make a stop at Raising Cane’s whenever we’re in the U.S., and the Lansing location did not disappoint. The chicken was fresh and crispy, the Cane’s sauce as good as ever, and the service was quick and friendly

Totally worth the detour!
I went out of my way to stop at Raising Cane’s while I was in Lansing, MI — and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, and that Cane’s Sauce? Elite. 🔥 I got the combo with fries and Texas toast, and washed it all down with a cold Diet Coke — perfection.

The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and everything was hot and fresh. I only wish there was a location closer to me because I’d be there way too often. Totally worth the drive. I’ll be back for sure!

Best fried chicken in the U.S.! The chicken was perfectly crispy and tender, the sauce was delicious, and the fries were tasty too—though I wouldn’t mind a slightly larger portion. I also loved the bread! I hope they open a few more locations in the Detroit suburbs!
