Ridiculously overpriced. Started with stale, burnt popcorn, and went downhill from there. They charge a convenience fee just for being allowed to buy their food. Food was mediocre to bad. Crappy mac & cheese , frozen freezer burnt appetizer, definite cost-cutting on making the sandwiches. They obviously buy everything frozen and fry it or warm it up. Many better places to eat. Avoid this one.

It was a decent experience. We had a hard time finding parking. We had to loop around a couple of times, then we walk in and are blasted with LOUD music. But once we met with our friends, we went to the "quieter" side and enjoyed a nicely cooked meal. My go-to is fajitas or nachos, and their nachos did not disappoint?, but the service was quick for a late Friday night, and the waitress was slightly attentive. I don't know if we will return, but it worked for us for that night.

I've been to Rino's East many times and this last visit was unbelievably horrible! The waitress was slow and four others stood behind the bar talking and drinking their water and soft drinks. Once we ordered, I had to go up to the bar to get two more drinks and a refill.Another customer came to the bar and asked if he could get service. Once he walked away three waitress's verbally and clearly complained about the customer.Last, the men's bathroom had two paper towel dispensers that didn't work despite having rolls in the machine.If this isn't corrected, I can't imagine anyone would be a repeat customer.

Last time I was there, I realized they charge a convenience fee on every check. That is right,you have to pay them for serving you! I understand an up charge on credit payments but certainly not cash. Also the convenience fee is higher than most other businesses charge for credit card use.
