I will say the food wasnt the best to be honest, I do respect the fact that their open late and I got some hot food to eat but the chicken fried ride wasnt very flavorful and the crab rangoons they were a bit off norm in terms of shaping and there were only like 3 for how much they were. I respect how hard working they are to get food out as quick as possible, so I woudnt discredit the food I think for me I need spicy food so this is great for people who dont like super spicy food.

After the closing of east cafe, there was a sesame chicken shaped hole in my heart. I wandered this earth aimlessly, with no purpose, and a hunger that could only be satisfied with the sweet, gentle taste of quality Chinese food. I was broken, beaten down, and hopeless, when my friend and I decided to try this restaurant. The first succulent bite whisked me away to another universe. It was truly fantastic. This chicken cures AIDS and other diseases thought to be incurable. I grew 3 inches after finishing my meal, and I am now 6 foot 7. I will absolutely, positively be back. I love New Rice Kitchen. Thank you for doing God’s work.

I have had only suburb experiences at Rice Kitchen. First of all, is it probably the best drunk food in the country. Pair that with the immaculate reliability, quick service, and fair prices- you've got a 5 star establishment.

The food was overall very good. My wife and I ordered General Tsos, Mongolian beef, steamed dumplings, and egg rolls. Reading the reviews most of the recent ones were quite positive. This place definitely doesn't deserve the low ratings reflected in their current score.
The General Tsos was tasty, the Mongolian beef some of the best I've had in quite a while from anywhere. The egg rolls were large, and tasty. The steamed dumplings were very delightful, the filling well seasoned.

We'll return again for takeout.

This place is a blessing. Idk why the rating is so low. I got sweet and sour dinner combo for 12 bucks. The serving was good size and the food was fresh and hit the spot !! Real authentic Chinese food. 🫶🏽❤️

Imma just say this place is amazing. We got the dinner meals which were only about $12 each and packed full to the brim with meat and rice the food was still warm when I got home and tasted GREAT!!

I love every single meal I buy. The woman at the front is always so kind and is on top of it. This restaurant deserves more stars. I love it so much. <3

Great service and even better food

My friends and I dined in and they went out of their way to give us a good experience on top of the amazing food.

I NEVER write any reviews for restaurants but I must for this one. I am outraged by the customer service. I ordered a delivery and the food was spilled out of the container when I received it. So I called the restaurant and she just tells me to call eatstreet.com and refund the order and hung up on me in a very abrupt and rude manner. I order from this restaurant often but I will never ever order from here again. If I could give 0 star, I would.

amazing chines food, owner is super nice

I got like 3 pieces of mongolian beef, and 900 onions. I went up to ask for more beef and the owner cussed me out and she kept the food and money. The food is mediocre and they try and scam the portion sizes. Not to mention the terrible customer service. And this was all after a 20 minute wait. Go to kimchi box right across the street instead.
