Ive been a customer of Sir Pizza since they had one at Logan and Willow Streets in Lansing.Yesterday I ordered a chef salad and small pizza from the Lake Lansing location.I placed my order at 4:14pm.The food didn't arrive until 6:30 that evening.The food is delicious but the delivery sucked.I will be a return customer.

I really like Sir Pizza but it's still not quite as good as Pizza King (in Indiana). Their breadsticks aren't as good as Pizza King's. But I like the thin crust and the small cut toppings.

I'm assigning a one-star rating, and this rating is solely based on this single experience. I am genuinely astounded by the events of this evening.I placed our usual order: a large pepperoni feast with extra cheese and a medium pizza with pepperoni, ham, bacon, black olives, green olives, and extra cheese. To my surprise, the pizzas were not prepared as per my expectations. They lacked the extra cheese, and portions of the pizza had just pizza sauce with no toppings. This was not what I'm used to.Feeling the need to provide feedback, I called the store. Keep in mind, I've been a loyal customer for over 8 years and maybe complained one other time. Initially, I spoke with an employee and requested to speak with a manager. Hunter took the call, and I expressed my dissatisfaction. After sharing my concerns, he briefly put me on hold and returned with the response: "I asked the team who made it, and they said they did put extra cheese on it." I responded, "Hunter, I can take pictures or bring the pizzas back to the store. Actually, never mind I'd like the owners contact information." To which Hunter replied, "They're going to tell you the same thing, Greg."I then asked for the owner's name and contact information. Hunter gave me the phone number to the store, which I recognized as a loyal customer. I asked for the owner's name once more, and he provided me with the main office number. I plan to contact them tomorrow.After giving me the main office number, Hunter's parting words were, "Good luck on your pizza embarkment!” and disconnected.
I LOOOOVE Sir Pizza. It's amazingly delicious. Sometimes the sauce is a bit light; toppings more sparse than others, but always delicious. I've ordered from this location 4 or 5 times, and only 1 instance where they messed up completely--in this day & age, that's pretty good. I find it offensive that mushrooms cost as much as meat, as an item choice. I'm originally fr Battle Creek--grew up & have always loved Sir Pizza. There are waaaay too many whiners in this modern world, AND, take your lazy asses to PICKUP the pizza & you won't have ANY concerns about time or coldness Whiny Karens.

This establishment has the audacity to charge for empty plastic cups, tap water, they over charge for any wine and beer by close to 50% above average. I cannot recommend them as there are honest eateries and bars in the Lansing Old Town are!
